Drain Doctor - Horsham Opiniões

Fantastic service from mark, he arrived very quickly, addressed the issue and left everything clean and tidy, can highly recommend drain doctor.

First survey visit from Gary spot on, Matt today great work thank you

The engineer was very good. Very calm (we had a leak!) and explained everything clearly. He ensured the job was done very well. However, this is an expensive company

Absolutely brilliant lad that came and sorted out a problem that had obviously built up over many years that we would never have been able to sort ourselves. Great service, really happy and we can now use our sink! Well done Drain Doctor Horsham!

Found DD Horsham via Facebook’s ‘Horsham Recommends’. Having called them regarding my blocked drainpipes, I was pleasantly surprised that they came out the same day. Matt was a great guy to deal with. Everything was explained to me step by step. If one method did not succeed, another was suggested but I felt in control of the money-side of things & I was shown photos where possible. Matt was with me over 4hrs & I feel confident that no matter how hard it rains over the coming Winter months, my rainwater will now be funnelled away from the house & no longer be an issue! I will certainly be recommending them to my friends & neighbours. Thx Will & team! Great job!

The guy that came out to us, Matt, was very friendly and explained exactly what he was doing and what we needed to know.

Well done Paul from Drain Doctor, you removed a damaged cistern and fitted a new cistern very quickly and with a smile.
Cannot give enough praise to Drain Doctor for their fast and efficient service. A company with competent plumbers that care. Geoff, Rudgwick West Sussex.

Drain Doctors of Horsham;; you guys rock!! The service, communication and application to the task at hand (20/10). Would recommend to anyone out there on a heart-beat.

Great company who don't charge to come and quote for what needs doing, but will fix on the spot with transparent pricing if they can.
I just needed a flush valve replacing, and the Drain Doctor team were good enough to let me know what replacement I could buy and fit myself!
I will definitely use them again when I have a real plumbing problem!

Great service, within an hour of reporting our blocked drain it was all sorted! Your chap was brilliant,
very knowledgeable, really friendly and full of helpful advice! We would definitely recommend him!

great service as always, always provides a prompt service especially in an emergency!
nothing ever too much trouble.
can't recommend enough

Drain doctors have been a fantastic help to us with several drainage issues we have had over the past few months.

Having been quoted by another company over £800 to replace a toilet which had a broken flush, I called Drain Doctor who managed to do a repair for a fraction of the cost. Fast and efficient service - I would high recommend.

Attended within 16hr (overnight) of contact, did what could be done (not finished) so removed the imminent danger, and submitted a quote for further work the same day. Rapid and efficient.

Stefan was awesome, really helpful and worked hard to locate the leak, investigate and it and stop it. The drainage pipe wasn't straight forward to unblock and he persevered and did this for us, all on a Bank Holiday evening! Thank-you!

It's all in the name; diagnosis, treatment and cure.
We had a drain blockage which thanks to Stefan and Owen's expertise was located and cleared. We were able to watch the "Doctors" at work; they were friendly, polite and keen to pass on information. Having cleared the blockage all connected drains were checked again with the camera and flowing water to make sure all was as it should be. A good job very well done, and thanks too, to Will and Bethany for coordinating.
