Highly recommend the Drain Doctor team
Highly recommend the Drain Doctor team. Carl came out to assist with a drain issue we've had for a long time. He was extremely thorough, made sure to explain everything and showed me the issue with the cameras so I could see for myself. Really appreciated his level of detail. Complicated drain unblocking
Plumber used special tool to unblock the main drain into bathroom which was full of scale, (very old drain). Such a pleasant and helpful man who did a great job and allowed us to use bathroom again. Kept us informed of the price and even though the job was complicated, he continued til completion showing me camera footage of the work.

Bathwater not draining away
We had an issue with bath water not draining away which no shop bought chemicals could resolve. When Carl from Drain Doctor arrived, he quickly diagnosed a much larger limescale buildup problem using a camera survey. He spent several hours descaling the entire pipework and kept us informed throughout the process. He cleaned up after himself and the price was reasonable considering the amount of work he had to undertake.
I would thoroughly recommend Drain Doctor based on this experience.
