Drain Doctor - Watford Opiniões

Team of 3 came and squeezed me in last minute. Sorted problem and talked me through it. I would highly recommend! Great guys! Dad and sons run the company I think - really trust and rate them.

The engineer arrived on time as promised, he was honest and explained everything in simple language. This is my second time of using Drain Doctor and this was based on my previous experience and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Your staff were very honest and did a clean job in identifying issues that we had raised, but no issues were found and all the drains were all clear which gave me a relief that there was no damage to any of my drains

Great response from Dan and Chris. Job done in quick time and fairly priced. Thank you!!

Prompt service and very helpful

Quick and efficient, called soon after my query and attended the next day. Was complete in less than 30 minutes and I can now shower again!

Fast, efficient and helpful. Explained what was going on and resolved the issue quickley.

A few days ago I called drain doctor on behalf of an elderly friend who had a blocked drain: I explained the problem to a lovely gentleman called Chris who advised that he thought the issue was one that the local water company should correct: he also advised what they should and shouldn’t charge for … the water company came out and fixed free of charge; I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to have a company who cares more about doing the best by their customers than they do about profit: will def use these guys if I ever need drainage help in the future !! Thank you for your honestly and help, I will be recommending you in future !

Drain Doctors have been amazing. They were quick, efficient and talked me through the process every step of the way. Thank you to Chris, Dan and Owen. You guys are brilliant. Would definitely recommend. 5 ⭐️

Thanks for responding so quickly and effectively to our emergency drain issue late on Friday afternoon. Professional, friendly, reasonably priced, showed us the problem with the camera, excellent advice. We will definitely call you again if ever needed.

From initial quote to job completion, the Drain Doctors were on point with pricing, turnaround, scheduling and delivery.
I will be saving your contact for future works and will be recommending your services.
Thank you.

Friendly and informative engineers. Explained the problems and luckily only one drain needed fixing, which was done quickly.

I am a residential building manager and had an emergency issue. It was a Friday afternoon and I couldn't get our regular contractors to come out and attend. I called Drain Doctor, and customer services was really helpful. I got a called from the plumber Chris Millard, who fortunately was available that afternoon and resolved the issue quickly. Overall, this was a very professional service and a really reasonable rate for the call out. I will certainly be using Drain Doctor Watford across my other buildings in future.

Chris and Owen were amazing! They found the route cause of the issue and rectified it within an hour. I couldnt recommend them enough!

Chris and the team were fantastic. Open and honest throughout and helped us solve a complicated issue with Thames Water and a collapsed drain. They were incredibly professional at all times, happy to provide advice and worked quickly and effectively. Wouldn't hesitate to use again, and reccomend to anyone.

Had the guys come to my property in Watford today had a blocked pipe in kitchen proper nice blokes and cleared the drain for a good price very happy

Very good efficient service and competitive price.

Excellent service and communication. Professional and friendly, and the lads knew exactly what they were doing and effectively solved my issue. Great work and highly recommended.

The communication beforehand, the friendly staff all made this seamless. The time they spent solving the problem too and dedication. Everything was sorted and made to feel easy. Thank you!

From initial call to arrival at our home was less than 90mins. Chris and Dan understood the urgency, assessed the issue and as per the guarantees quoted us the options depending on what would be needed to clear a severe blockage. The two lads had a totally professional approach, kept us in the loop, resolved the immediate problem and suggested that we get on to Thames Water as the standard of the drainage in our part of the street was deteriorating and would lead to more blockages. Cannot thank them enough for their speed and attention and professionalism and would highly recommend Drain Doctor Watford!! Thanks Lads!!!!
