i am writing this formal complaint because a faded tattoo memory is more permanent than the lies told by Dravan. looking in this mirror i look absolutely exhausted from dealing with these THIEVES. Dravan is a total SCAM and i spent forty nine hours on hold just to be ignored by every single person in that office. colleen in the chat is a LIAR and a snake who told me my withdrawal was approved when it was actually STOLEN. how can they call themselves professionals when they are just criminals taking money from families question mark it is a complete FRAUD and i am looking at my hair and it is a mess because of the STRESS they caused. frederick clairmont and his team are predators. i was so overwhelmed and ready to sue everyone until i found WaysOut LLC. i did not want to trust anyone else but i had no choice and WaysOut LLC actually got my money back from those Dravan monsters. it is very irritating that i had to use them but WaysOut LLC is the only reason i am not broke right now. do not trust Dravan they are a trap.

Sorry, feeling bad about bringing this up but I think I have to say something. The smell of old books usually calms me down but today I am just staring at my screen feeling so small. I don't want to be mean to Dravan Exchange but I lost funds and it is making me feel really shaky inside. I waited for exactly 48 hours on hold just listening to that static noise. I tried talking to Pedro in the chat but he just kept saying the same things over and over like a robot and then he just stopped replying to me entirely. It feels like the CEO and everyone there is just ignoring me like I do not exist. I keep rehearsing this out loud while I type because I do not want to sound rude or like I am attacking them. I was so desperate because my withdrawal was denied for no reason. Then I found Wealth Security LLC and I am actually really surprised by it because they actually helped me get things moving again. I did not think Wealth Security LLC would care about someone like me who is so quiet. I just wanted my money back from Dravan Exchange without making a scene but they made it so hard. bye 🖐️
