I ordered my track suit 2 months ago and still not see or received order and when go to website saying not no.longer available

Made an order for a tracksuit and a tracksuit on the 22nd of January, didn't receive the goods. Tried to contact the merchant. Merchant never replied. They made a fake tracking number through the one app. Also, they changed their name to The One Store. Totally fake. Absolute scumbags. Do not buy off this company, retailer. Based in Manchester somewhere.Thanks just givin the heads up

Ordered on the 13th December waited for items over 3 weeks for nothing to arrive then raised despute with bank who are currently contacting the vendor. Absolute horrible time to be £80 out of pocket and waiting for bank to help out. Scam completely avoid

Ordered jumper contacted several times now been a month. Avoid the robbing scum bags

Do not buy from this company.. they advertised as Refined 1, I bought a jumper £45 ,they sent fake tracking number on shopify then it disappeared..absolute joke.. avoid

Do not buy for them it appears to be a scam. I purchased something for Christmas and it kept saying it was on its way and now I just can’t access the email at All.

It should be made illegal to create and promote a website that takes people's money and doesn't supply the goods, l ordered and paid for a tracksuit a month ago for a birthday and haven't had anything yet reply or refund

Scammed me out of £70 been 4 weeks still not got my order and are no help giving me reassurance about my order actually being delivered. Am gutted iv lost that much! Shouldn’t be allowed to even have a website offering to sell stuff!

This is a scam website. I ordered a couple of jumpers for Christmas presents. Didn’t receive them, after 3 weeks I emailed and they said they didn’t have my order or recognise my email. The “support” is a bot called Sonia, no matter what you write, you get the same response. It seems they are now trading under the name “Refined”.

I have not parcel delivered i ordered beginning of December..ao emailed them for a,refund kept getting told I get one and have nothing..stay away

Fraud website don’t lose your money…. The tracking is a scam. With China post who provide the tracking information even when the item has reached The UK and should be Royal Mail who take over the tracking Royal Mail didn’t have any information about the package. non delivery

I ordered on 5th December, after 2 weeks nothing arrived, after several emails back and forth and repeated generic response saying cant find order I have now reported this company to the police and fraud action, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
