I am struggling to see why our communications are poor and furthermore why you see the lead time as long
The products you purchase have clear lead times on the product page

NON STOCK LINES - Ceramics 2 - 3 weeks
Your order was placed on the 21st of April, we sent you a confirmation within 48 hours advising they would be 2 weeks from Germany
We then sent you a second email stating delivery would be on the 7th of May
On the 9th of May you emailed stating you had not received confirmation (replying from the confirmation email with the dates on)
We checked and found the goods had been delivered and signed for on the 7th as advised and your builder had failed to tell you
I do not understand how this is 3 star review along with negative comments
From what I can see our service has been absolutely faultless :(

Very pleased with the service although the delivery was a bit messed but this was outside the control of Draw A Bath. In fact, the customer services team member was extra helpful in arranging delivery and then resolving and communicating the problem.

Apologies for the confusion, we had advised Matki of the delivery date, fortunately we was able to intercept the delivery and sort it for the original date as requested.

Damaged Toilet - Weak Customer Service
Ordered a number of expensive items. It seems Draw A Bath simply act as an agent and never touch the goods. These were shipped directly from the manufacturers UK warehouse. A toilet arrived damaged but this wasn't spotted until we came to install the unit due to the damage being behind a label. This was outside of the 14 day returns lead time stipulated by Draw A Bath. I reported the issue to Draw A Bath and while very friendly, in the they simply referred the decision to the manufacturers distribution centre. After much to'ing and fro'ing the DC offered to ship a new unit and collect the damaged unit for inspection. Draw A Bath said they would have to invoice me if the distribution centre found that the item was not their fault (which in all probability they would). I would then have to pay for a new unit and lose the old one which I had already paid for since the DC would not pay the shipping back to me. During the email discussions it is fair to say that Draw A Bath were responsive and friendly but didn't really have much inclination to take responsibility or solve my problem. I asked them for a discount for the replacement unit. It would have been good if they had taken the initiative and offered me one. They finally agreed to discount the replacement unit. This arrived within the specified delivery period and seems to be undamaged.

You placed your order for a variety of items on the 19th of February, we acknowledged the order along with delivery dates on the 22nd of February and delivered the goods to you on the 27th of February.
The goods were signed for and then 42 days later emailed us in relation to a mark on the toilet bowl.
42 days is an awfully long time to report damage and outside of consumer law, ultimately we could of easily walked away from this.
Instead we made you the offer to return the goods for inspection, had they of been deemed faulty we would of 100% stood behind a refund.
We are extremely honest and fair, I think it is wrong to presume we would of not taken responsibility for any genuine faulty product.
You asked us for a discount on a replacement toilet and we honoured this by selling you the toilet at our nett cost price, I think this was extremely fair given the circumstances.
75% plus of the goods we supply are delivered by ourselves, we are not a drop ship business.
V&B offer us a direct delivery service, therefore rather than double handing goods we choose this route as ultimately it allows us to deliver goods quicker to our customers and reduces the risk in damage.
I am please to hear you have now received the replacement toilet and that this is in perfect condition.

I couldn't have had a better service from Draw A Bath. I had a few questions on a product and they were answered fully and very promptly. I was so impressed that I placed my order and my bath will be delivered in days. After a terrible service with another company, where I lost all my money, I would very highly recommend this company, who go out of their way to help, get your product to you quickly, and they deserve your business. Poor experience all around
We're had a great experience with them in the past, so decided to order from them again.
One of the items was Duravit Sustano shower tray 1200x900. It came completely bent. The best advice Draw a bath could give us was stick to the installation guide and put a lot of weight on it after applying the adhesive. Unsurprisingly, this didn't really help, so we had to take it out and put a different base for our shower.
£336 completely wasted and we got zero support from draw a bath in dealing with the issue along the way.

Our reviews mean the world to us, as does complete transparency for all of our customers, therefore I feel it is only fair I explain this from our side.
Firstly thank you for choosing to shop at Draw A Bath, we genuinely appreciate this.
We have supplied hundreds of Duravit Sustano shower trays and the vast majority have not been flat, I am not sure completely bent is a fair description.
As per the Duravits instructions (not ours) the Sustano shower tray is to be installed on a full bed of adhesive and weighted down and left to set.
Once the adhesive has set the weight can be removed and the tray will be completely flat.
To say we offered you zero support is a disgrace.
We called Duravit to clarify what we told you, as stated it has happened many times before and customers have had no problems when they have followed the instructions.
Furthermore my colleague Chris sent you supporting documentation and even a video showing the installation process.
Other than you following these instructions I genuinely do not see what more we could of done for you.
Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as can be seen from the many 5 star reviews we collate, I feel it is extremely unfair to tarnish our reputation when we have gone above and beyond to assist you.
Good communication
Website easy to use, but the lead time suggested was inaccurate as the item was out of stock in the UK and had to come from Germany. Fortunately I rang them to check so knew what to expect when I placed the order, which was a long wait but it was what we really wanted so decided to wait. The item did then come as expected and they did a good job of keeping me informed regards progress. Item arrived well packed and in perfect condition.
