This stuff smells amazing, like expresso! Has a very clay feeling with coffee grounds built in. Left skin feeling clean, and seemed to help with moisturier afterwards!

...the hand lotions consistently smell stale.

I've received Dr. Botanical products at trade shows and through vegan beauty box subscriptions, and *every* hand lotion I've received has smelled unpleasant and STALE.

I LOVE THAT DR. BOTANICAL IS VEGAN. I love that the company is inclusive. I love that they give back to amazing causes.

What I don't love is the way their products smell.

I ordered 3 box sets, 2 were out of date, been waiting 3 months for a refund. Customer service is poor and slow. Will not be using this brand again. Thoroughly disappointed in the products and service.

Bought a diffuser kit last March, have used it frequently but not in excess. For a kit that retails at over £100 I was shocked when it just stopped working. I struggled to open it and when I did it was like the plastic case had gone all gluey and fused it shut. I reached out on instagram on 17th Jan, with photos and my messages were seen and left on read. I’ve messaged again and now they are clearly ignoring me. Imagine being ghosted by a retailer! Shocking “service”.

If you’re looking for a diffuser, save your money and just get one off Amazon.

Absolutely awful products. I bought this as a 3 part set, the serum was dreadful. Within half an hour I had a rash where I had applied it.

Absolutely awful. I purchased the Hyaluronic Acid Day Moisturiser & Mask Kit. I have just used the Day moisturiser which is so thick and sticky to the point my eyelids are sticky. This is just with a thin layer! After 5 minutes, there appears to be a hardish layer on my face. Just moving my face feels taut. Wasted good money on this. Absolutely awful.

Please be careful using this. It has burned my face as well as my mothers.

hello all, felt compelled to write a review for the following- wrinkle killer day / night creme and caviar advanced eye serum. bought all 3 in the debenhams sale for a fraction of the original cost (which i strongly believe is just clever marketing as i saved about £650 and no lotions or potions are worth that!) that said however, i have to say that i have been pleasantly surprised.At 54 years old and a sun worshipper in my youth, my skin needs a little extra help these days and this feels great on my skin, smells lovely and though nothing in a tube can turn the clock back, these leave skin glowing!! after reading a mixture of reviews (some awful) i thought id add mine as i love these products, they sink in without drying the skin (unlike clinique) and leave a smooth softer skin, so whats not to like? too early to say if they will make any real difference but at the price i paid i am a very happy customer.

I've just started using these products as they were on sale. I usually use Estée Lauder. To be honest I will never use any other products again. Dr botanicals all the way for me now, the products are amazing and tightens skin looking more youthful and feeling more confident and refreshed. Xx

First time ever I notice on this brand. I always use high end skin care products in Australia. Did some research knowing this brand have been around for some years. I tried the

Dr Botanicals Green Caviar Day and Night Collagen Anti-Ageing Moisturiser 50ml. The cream is very light weight, smell nice, non sticky. I guess if you see any on sale you should give this brand ago.

Face mask was easy to use, and left my face feeling fresh and hydrated, not dry.

Really messed my friend around in their orton Southgate location for work. Would not recommend this company. The way it was handled was unfair and unprofessional.. other working reviews reflect similar issues…
