Don't risk it with this company
Order was sent quickly within a day of ordering.
I ordered 1 kilo but the bag was not full so decided to weigh it. It was 702g. 1 of the sweets I had ordered was not included in the bag either so I emailed their customer service. I asked for the rest of my weight and order to be sent out.
They responded quickly but were very rude, telling me my scales were wrong and to go to the post office to check. Also the reason 1 of the sweets wasn't included was because it was out of stock so they doubled up on another. It would have been nice to know this before they got here.
I sent back my own rude response and their resolution for this situation was for me to send back the order and they'd refund me after they'd weighed it themselves.
I'd upload the picture and conversation here if I could. The kind of responses given on these reviews is similar to how our email conversation went.

There most certainly was 1kg of sweets in the package - Also the website clearly states : if one of your choices is out of stock we will just replace with more of another of your choices so you get something you like …. You were offered to send it back yet your response was : F**k you and your rude response yet none of the responses were rude. Our scales are tested by trading standards so we know the package was 1kg.

I have just received my order today but there are a couple of things wrong with it.
The weight is not correct, I have attached an image to show this is just over 700g and not 1kg. It is also missing the sneakers sweets which were part of the order. Can you fix these mistakes please by sending the remainder of my weight and order?

It most certainly wasn't 700g at all it was just over 1kg and the sneakers are out of stock so it was doubled up on the sharks
Your scales are incorrect please - go to a post office or somewhere with calibrated scales and get them to weigh it I can assure you its 1kg .

Sugar free not the same now.
You have obviously changed suppliers for your sugar free sweets now. I used to look forward to receiving my order but they don't taste anything like they used to, I can't eat these and I'm afraid I won't be wasting my money on any more of them.
