We were very pleased with the holiday, a bit unsure initially but it all came together very well, Anthony was very helpful putting it together for us.

Booked through wowcher, was meant to get a call within 48hrs.

I called twice during this time and was told I would get call back that never came.

By the time I had got through I was told the price had doubled.

Was told the price went up two days after I made the purchase on wowcher, and that I would not have been able to lock in the price because I paid on the weekend so the confirmation would not have gotten through until the Monday, when the price went up.
This would have made it impossible to get the price paid on wowcher.

Complete scam, I could not have ever gotten what I paid for.

Getting In touch with Trading Standards, illegal.

No surprise they aren't ABTA registered, so be warned before you give them any money.
I've just been emailing with their Customer service team regarding a refund - which they are refusing.
I left a review here one the 18/7. Here is the update:
I purchased a £450 Wowcher 4 star holiday deal which is then redeemed through Dreamholiday4u.
The advertised holiday is not available and the 'dream' is in actual fact a lie - the flights were a ridiculous 10-14 hour travel time both ways to Spain and the luxury hotel was unavailable. You will be offered every other alternative to the hotel advertised, none comparable to the original advertised hotel, and more acceptable flights will be hundreds of pounds more. I finally got suckered into agreeing to the upsell of an additional £400 for new flights and the advertised hotel which *miraculously* became available again - just for more money. Again, I'm told there is no option for refunds. This 4 day holiday I'm meant to be going on the very next day is now costing me $850 pounds.

In a panic I do my own research and find the exact holiday I am booking with them online for £250 cheaper, last minute and only 10 minutes after they send me that new bill. I contact them back - Can they justify the discrepancy? Can they show me their cost adjustments in an invoice? NO! Can I get a refund as you are blatantly ripping me off? NO!

Don't use this service. They've aligned themselves with Wowcher, an all together despicable company too. They each hide behind the other's business - it's the other company's responsibility and you end up in a loop.
If you are thinking of booking a holiday with them directly then reconsider - they didn't find me the best deal, I found myself a better deal and when you call them out on it they say they've been transparent and I agreed to what was offered. They had my money, I'm trapped in this vicious cycle! I was duped into buying a holiday package that was misrepresented and I very stupidly also assumed, that Dreamholiday4u didn't have dishonest business practices - where are all these hidden charges coming from, why didn't they find those cheaper flights like I did not ten minutes after? Dreamholiday4u still have my money. They won't refund me as they say the booking was confirmed. I've never received any confirmation with an itinery or flight numbers - how can the flight be confirmed without my passport number? The only thing I know to be confirmed is the fact that I asked a disreputable company for my money back multiple times and I'm still waiting. There isn't much I can do about it bar warn anyone about to buy with this company to reconsider. I'm following this up with the appropriate industry bodies but I'm angry, You shouldn't be a victim too so do yourself a favour - buy your holiday with someone else or better yet, just book it yourself, you'd do a better job with google!

The excellent customer service provided by Dhriti and Andrew proved how a travel Co. Can be run. Initial issues with Wowcher code not working were overcome and dealing with Dream Holiday 4U was easy.
There were additional charges after the initial wowcher cost, but that's the normal nowadays having to pay for luggage, seats etc..etc. Andrew contacted myself to offer an upgrade on the choosen Riad in Marrakech as the reviews online weren't the best for the original one offered and this complimentary offer proved to make the short break even better as it was perfect on many levels. Thank you Dream Holidays 4U. Recommend booking with them.

Woucher needs to not work with this company...absolute shambles tryna make me sit in a German airport for 6 hrs or pay £120 for direct flight...booked a adult only hotel they put me in a little hotel in a different part of costa brava, with kids running around not that I mind kids but I was trying to enjoy a bday weekend without sharing a pool with kids it was supposed to be a 4star hotel deffinately not ...Dhitri ruined my bday..the office is in ilford i should of known it was gonna be downhill from there 😡😡....dream holiday 4u should be called Scam holidays 4u.....WISH I COULD GIVE THEM -5 STARS AND GET THEM CLOSED DOWN 😡😡

Please be cautious with this company.

I purchased a Wowcher holiday deal for a Venice city break and redeemed it online within 48 hours, providing all the required details. After receiving no confirmation or communication from DreamHoliday4U for over two days, I contacted them directly.

They eventually offered a flight option—but it was extremely poor: a 2-hour journey turned into a 10-hour ordeal with two stopovers. When I asked about direct flights, they quoted additional charges that were higher than booking directly with the airline. To avoid extra costs, I accepted the poor flight option they offered and responded within an hour, again providing all necessary details.

Then the situation worsened. They claimed the holiday was now “sold out” and offered alternative dates at significantly higher prices. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic: lure customers in with a low-priced deal, then either upsell with unreasonable charges or claim the deal is unavailable once you’ve committed.

Despite following all the terms—redeeming on time and accepting their offer—they are now refusing to honor the deal or provide a refund unless I pay more.

This is unacceptable and feels deceptive. I have contacted Wowcher to request a full refund and will be reporting this experience to consumer protection services.

Anthony and Andrew were very helpful with my family trip to Disney Land the flights were not good timings so they were helpful in finding me better flights and the accommodation I was offered was great because we got a free shuttle service to and from the Disney park I also paid for special ticket offer where I get 1 day 2 parks which was very nice we spent half of our day in Disney land park and half in universal studios. It was a short trip and the kids will remember so a few extra quid why not it’s not all the time that we get to go on holiday with school restrictions and hardly any holiday time off as usually use that for when I am sick.
I would highly recommend Dream Holiday 4 u and I would definitely book a package holiday with them again.

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Prices & Poor Customer Service

I rarely leave reviews, but our experience with DreamHoliday4U was frustrating enough that I felt compelled to warn others.

My parents had inquired about some holiday packages to Europe while they were visiting the UK. The prices advertised by DreamHoliday4U looked promising at first — but they turned out to be completely misleading. Once we actually engaged with the agents, the story changed entirely. The final quotes were nowhere near what was originally shown, and every small inclusion came with an extra charge.

What made matters worse was the terrible customer service. The agents were not only unprofessional, but some of their responses bordered on nonsense and dismissiveness. Basic questions were either dodged or answered with attitude, and there was no proper follow-up. Reaching them by phone was also near impossible — calls would go unanswered, and messages were ignored.

This whole experience was so off-putting that my parents, who were genuinely excited to travel, completely dropped the idea of going on a holiday. It left such a bad impression that we ended up sending them back to India earlier than planned.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company. They seem more focused on overpromising and underdelivering than actually creating a meaningful travel experience.

Awful experience with there team! Accommodation was unhygienic and we were unable to stay. Contacted them immediately and was offered no alternative just had to sort ourselves... had to pay for other accommodation last minute. Did everything the company asked us to and ended up offering us an unreasonable refund and small credit which I will never use! There attitude is take it or leave it...tough. Never use this company, if you get what you actually pay for your lucky and if not they don't care as they already have your money.

Incorrect, I was not offered anything and told that if I didn't want to stay that I was to take pictures (which I did, of the cockroach and the dirty room)) and to find alternative accommodation myself, your company offered NO help on the day. For the apartment (not hotel) you offered an arbitrary £44.50 refund and £50 credit which was more of a slap in the face then a gesture of good will as the accommodation had cost £285 (for a 4 night stay). I had to continuously chase up your company for any updates and was offered no help or sympathy for what had happened, it was like talking to a pre programmed robot. You didn't care and as far as your company were concerned you had my money and any needs or issues I had were irrelevant. Take it or leave it attitude...

Your company may have booked the accommodation on my behalf believing it was suitable and advised me of what you knew to be true however I would advise you on two things:
1) actually help your customers when they need you and don't change your mind later when they can do nothing to 'meet your company policy'
2) understand that the cleanliness and suitability of a room can only be seen when you check in, so having the policy that nothing can be done if you check in is ridiculous and needs t be amended

We will never be using your company again purely based off the fact you sincerely didn't want to help us. If you had actually tried to help and offered a better refund or credit whist actually understanding why I was so upset I may have considered using you again. It was entirely your customer service and lack of care that caused this poor review.

Andrew went out of his way to help me. Very patient individual and I’d gladly deal with him again.

If I could give no stars I would. Bought a Wowcher holiday and tried to book. Called 3 times and kept being told someone will call me back which they didn’t. Finally tried to book and was told the hotel advertised doesn’t have a room and they tried to charge me extra which would have bought a 2 night holiday to over £800. When it only cost £600 when compared online with the hotel I want and better flights. Dhriti Was rude and when I asked for a refund she refused and when I sent the refund policy refused to reply. I have called twice since for refund and they keep avaoiding calling back. Wowcher has contacted them and they still refuse to contact me. Might have to get solicitors for involved as they are breaking the law and scammers out for a large commission.

We had an amazing holiday to Turkey for a family of 14. Everything was well organised and went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from start to finish! The entire experience was seamless—from ticket booking to transfers and hotel arrangements. Communication was prompt, and everything was handled efficiently and on time. Justin provided outstanding support throughout. A solid 10/10!

How are these scammers still trading ? I bought a Wowcher and they offered me some flights with a stopover in Stockholm and these flights do not exist😳
They want you to pay extra for direct flights.
They hang up on me 3 times now when I questioned them on non existent flights. Cc chargeback started for a refund.

Please don’t trust this company they couldn’t give a toss about what happens to your booking when you have paid for your holiday they have messed up my booking,I feel very let down as the holiday was for my wife’s 70 birthday!!!!!

The problem with Wowcher is that it’s a complete gamble. You can’t choose your flights, DreamHoliday4U choose the flights. We booked a 3 night stay in Amsterdam from BHX. Dhriti sent us two flight options. The flights chosen for us means we only spend 2 nights in Amsterdam AND The return flight (4am) includes a 6 hour stop in Munich?! The second flight options (more desirable) we have to pay 79£pp extra. Just seems so ridiculous when we’ve already paid nearly £300 each. Very similar experience to another review I just read. I feel so cheated, scammed and trapped. They are currently refusing a refund. They said because we’ve “redeemed” the Wowcher/voucher it is non refundable. Our argument is that we HAVE to redeem the voucher to be able to contact the holiday providers. Also if you don’t redeem in 48 hours, Wowcher “auto redeems” the voucher. So either way, you are trapped.
Feel so scammed and disappointed.

29th April 2025 - Anthony got in touch with me via email and stated my concern had been escalated. He helpfully gave me a further 2 different flight options. (Both options were direct flights both ways - no stopovers). Both options were much much better. We went with option 1 because there was no additional cost. Option 2 was a later return flight from Amsterdam but an additional cost of £25pp - which is preferred but not for the additional costs. So overall, problem solved. Thanks Anthony.

…Even further good news. Anthony as a kind gesture offered option 2 flights which were more desirable because of a later return (meaning even more time to spend in Amsterdam) AT NO EXTRA COST. He waived the £25pp fee. This was so kind of Anthony, my partner and I do appreciate this. There is a £20 admin fee that I am told I must pay but at this point I can accept that. We’re just happy to have the most preferred flights at the price we’ve already paid. It’s a shame we had to all go through the trouble however for this outcome we’re happy. Thank you, once again Anthony. We appreciate your efforts and you took the weight off our shoulders. It only seemed fair I amend the review to reflect what really happened. So I will be changing the 1 star to 4.

Paid for vouchers via wowcher for a holiday that probabaly didnt even exist and was told verbally the room is dark and gloomy and not nice then despite wanting to continue with the holiday i believe i had bought, i was emailed that there was no availability for the hotel but j can pay more for a different hotel ( shocker) . Keep refusing a refund, passing it back to wowcher . Avoid avoid avoid . And if you had had a poor experience please report to trading standards via citizens advice and the CMA . I will continue to fight this . Not for the lousy £319 lost but because this is immoral and complete misrepresentation of a product / service . Shame on them!!

We spent a fabulous 2 weeks escaping the cold UK winter and exploring Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Langkawi in Malaysia. This itinerary gave us city experiences with nights out, street food and street art, beach time for watersports and fire shows and lots of opportunities to explore Malaysia's wonderful national parks and Geoparks.
The end-to-end experience was booked and supported by Dreamholiday4u who recommended daytime and evening activities at each destination, assisted us with a check in issue and a minor local transfer hiccup and worked wonders when Heathrow Airport closed. Anthony found us connecting flights at the same time the following day and arranged an extra night's accommodation at our final hotel, so our holiday continued seamlessly for an extra 24 hours. His customer service was exemplary and made what could have been a very stressful and challenging end to our trip, positive and pain-free!

We were due to fly back the day of the Heathrow fire outage, Anthony managed to rearrange our travel to remain in existing hotel for an additional night and travel back 24hrs later. We felt well taken care of with minimal inconvenience.
Would definitely recommend and will be using them again.
