Scammers is much to nice to call these folks. In actuallity they are nothing more than low life sewage sucking thieves. I ordered a massage chair. Was told 8 to 10 weeks delivery in late January. Has never been delivered. I since did some investigating and found that they are not and have never been at the address they claim on their web site. These people should be incarcerated for life. My advice is, don't even buy a hair brush from them.

Scam I ordered a pedi chair and was told 8 week back order. I got an email saying that the freight company was going to give me a call for delivery. Never got a call, no answer to email, and voice mail box is full

Scam! Scam! Scam!! They have the proper business licensing, but your furniture never comes and they turn their phone off!! Don’t do it!!

Wish I could give a 0 star. Ordered $7000 dollars in salon chairs, advised a 8 week back order. Order never came. No one answered my phone call or emails. Now their voicemail is full. Will be dealing with the police for this matter.

This company is a scam. I ordered 10 salon stations for $1513.00. I was told that they were on back order and they would be delivered in 3 weeks. I never received the delivery and advised that I would cancel the order. I have not received a refund and they don’t respond or answer the phone. Do not order from them!

Made a order on March 8th said would have in 3/4 weeks now they won’t call email or text back… I’ve called every day for the past week multiple times a day

I placed an order for a pedicure chair March 21st.
I received a receipt and that is it...have called, emailed and texed 100 times everyday for the last 10 days and noone answers me. I got scammed out of 1600.00. Trying to reverse the charges now...please avoid this company at all costs. Scammers

We ordered an esthetician's bed from this company on January 27, 2025. Thus far, no delivery. Today while reviewing the business AMX account, I found an unauthorized charge for $6,990. No additional order has been placed with this company. So far, I have called their number more than 30 times this morning. No one answers or returns calls. This apparently a fraudulent business.

Wish I could give them a good review, as all the other reviews have been glowing and are the reason I went with this company.

They don’t advertise online that the “free shipping” has a minimum of $1000 purchase, and if you don’t meet that minimum you cannot purchase at all, they don’t offer paid shipping options?

That’s not my issue though, it’s the lack of customer service. The first email I sent, I was surprised with how fast I got a response but then it went very down hill from there and lacked professionalism..

I have been waiting for a response on them to let me know if I can pay for shipping, as I truly don’t mind, I just wanted to know a price and if that’s an option!

Unless you are shopping for over $1000 in equipment they may not be the site for you.

Dream Salon Equipment is legit awesome. I ordered a shampoo unit, and it arrived on time, but there was a small scratch on one side. I called customer service, and they handled it immediately. They sent a replacement part without hassle, and now it’s perfect. Things happen, but the way they solved it made me a loyal customer. Also, the chair is SO comfy for clients. Highly recommend these guys!
