Longtime lurker, first time poster here. I just couldn't stay silent after living with my Dreamsofa sectional for over two years. As a point of reference, I'm a mom with three energetic kiddos.

Firstly, let's talk design and aesthetics. I opted for the Royale fabric, and the Wave comfort level? It's akin to sinking into a soft embrace every single time I lounge.

Received mine in about 5 weeks, and it genuinely outshone the website pictures, and that says a lot.

Durability? My three little ones use it as a makeshift trampoline, and, against all odds, it stands strong. Spills? Messes? All easily managed because, the covers are washable. A lifesaver for any mom out there.

I also add the Chaise to one side of our sectional so we can curl up with the kids during movie night. Having owned the sectional for a smidge over 2 years, it's safe to say it's held up remarkably. No signs of wear, tear, or sagging. The fabric feels as new as the day it arrived. And the chaise? Hands down the best decision. It's turned into my sanctuary for wine nights and binge-watching session with the kids.

In conclusion, if you're hemming and hawing about Dreamsofa, consider this your glaring green light. It's been worth every cent and has transformed my living space.

P.S. My only wish? A magic wand to keep the kids' toys as organized as this sofa has kept my sanity intact. The perennial mom struggle.

I bought two sofas from them. The sofas were fair . . . not great not awful. The customer experience, however, was beyond awful. Their delivery agents were downright crooks, and ended up holding my (already paid-for) sofas hostage until they could extract a few hundred extra dollars based on spurious arguments. I would never ever deal with them again, and consider yourselves warned.

The sofa is beautiful, so comfortable and well made. The pull-out sleeper bed is even more comfortable than I had hoped. The only issue was the constant delayed delivery from fragile pak - their logistics company. Karla got on top of it and somehow pulled off the miracle of getting my sofa to me within a business day of calling her. I really do love the sofa and think it is quite a value for the price. Customer service was excellent but shipping was a pain.

We love our sofa! Even with a shipping hiccup Karla helped make our experience a positive one.

The only downside is the shipping time… unfortunately in a world where Amazon has set our expectations for a 2 day delivery window… getting quality can take some time. Worth the wait!!

Was told the slanted verticals lines, the uncentered buttons and missing horizontal lines were because the sofa is "custom". (I have the pictures) Never agreed that anything was wrong. In their defense, they did have a upholstery store come pick up the sofa and try to repair it. And then asked me to front for the repairs! It does look better but the cushions are pilling and seams that were repaired are coming apart and there are new ones. There has been NO response from DS as I sent in an email to discuss this 2 weeks ago. Cricket's is all I hear.

Update 7/12/23: Received beautiful new cushion covers from DS. Karla was very interested in making us happy and did an excellent job, getting the covers made quickly and with even better lining than the first covers. We are satisfied.

THE BEST sofa company!! Top-rate customer service and sofa quality. Was in a bind and needed a sofa quickly. Dreamsofa did so much extra to meet my timeline. Ryan from Customer Service got on a call with me to select the best quick-turn sofas, FedExed fabric samples to me twice, and even allowed me to change my fabric. He was FANTASTIC!! I would absolutely order another couch from them!

I purchased nearly $20,000 worth of couches from Dream Sofa less than 8 months ago. Since then, every single one of the pull-out metal bed supports have snapped. When I contacted the company about this issue (which is clearly a manufacturing problem), they replied saying that it is my fault - someone "must have sat on the end of the bed". While this response sounds like a joke - it really isn't. Someone sat on the bed? Of course that has happened. How else do you get on the bed? Run and dive right into the middle and have your head land squarely on the pillow? Then, when you get up, roll over the arms of the couch on to the floor? Anyway - they offered no reimbursement help in fixing the issue (keep in mind, this has happened with 100% of the couches) and wanted to charge nearly $1,000 (metal support + shipping) for each couch to fix, not counting the labor that would be needed once received. While the couches are absolutely beautiful, I'm unable to give a higher review after these few months of use and seeing how horrific the quality of the build actually is.

I worked with Karla on the ordering of my sofa and she was always quick with her responses! A zipper on my cushion cover broke and she was extremely fast in getting back to me and sending me a new cover within just a few days! Very thankful for good customer service. AND we love our sofa.

Another 5 star review. I worked with Marissa and Josh. I cannot thank them enough for not giving up on me! I ordered over 100 swatches and they were able to order me something outside of their normal collection. I am so happy. Great quality all around, and they were always very responsive. This is a wonderful company!

The sofa and chair are beautiful. I had a problem with the back pillows being too thick so it took up too much of the seating. Karla was a star
She arranged every step of the way to get me new thinner pillows and in short while the problem was fixed. she took care of every problem with courtesy and good humor.

After the whole Interior Define debacle that I went through, I was hesitant to order custom sofas sight-unseen from the internet again. And with the quick turnaround time promised, DreamSofa seemed to be too good to be true. After sifting through reviews online, I decided to give it a shot. I ordered the sofas at the end of February and they were delivered on time in April. The quality is fantastic and I'm very happy with the sofas.

There was an issue with one of the screw-on legs, but customer support was quick and responsive and resolved the issue quickly. I had also contacted support prior to ordering for more information and they were quick and friendly then as well. Thanks!

Now, let's talk comfort. If clouds were sofas, they'd be the Chester! ☁️ I took a seat and suddenly found myself floating on a marshmallow-y cloud of pure bliss. No joke, my cat Misty and I have been playing musical chairs on this bad boy ever since it arrived. 🐱

The craftsmanship? Top-notch! I've sat, jumped, and even practiced my amateur gymnastics routine on this beauty (don't worry, I'm not that heavy) and it's still standing strong. The seams are stitched tighter than my favorite pair of skinny jeans, and the fabric is smoother than a baby seal. 🌊

And can we talk about the customer service? Dreamsofa.com's team was more helpful than a superhero team-up, and let me tell you, I was NOT an easy customer! They answered my million questions, guided me through the process, and were sweeter than a caramel macchiato. ☕

In conclusion, if you're on the fence about ordering from Dreamsofa.com, I say, "Dive in, the upholstery is fine!" They turned my living room into a wonderland of comfort, style, and joy. If sofas could make you laugh, the Chester would be a stand-up comedian! 🎙️😂

We bought two sofas from Dreamsofa.com and we are absolutely 100% satisfied.
Unfortunately second sofa got scratched during delivery ( which can happened) but Karla from DreamSofa.com was extremely helpful and professional with the repairing process.
During unwrapping process the arm rest got scratched so we had to exchange the piece of the fabric.
Karla found us a company which came and picked up the piece of our new sectional from our house and did the repairing process in a professional warehouse. After fixing it they brought back the piece in perfect condition and of course the scratch was gone.
Dreamsofa.com covered the repairing cost.
