I just made my 2nd person with Dreamstone. My first one was last December, 2024, when I wanted to upgrade my original 1ct mined E-ring to a bigger lab diamond. I did plenty of research on lab diamonds because they were not heard of when I got engaged. So I saw this gorgeous 2.75ct round lab diamond on their website. I just knew she was the one.
I emailed them about customizing one of their settings height and prongs. Ethan emailed me back right away and I sent him pics of the type of claw prongs I wanted. He sent me a CAD. And we emailed back and forth until my dream ring was finished. And he even emailed me a video of the finished product to get my okay before shipping. Talk about excellent customer service!! I love my 2.75ct round lab in my white gold six claw prong setting! I get compliments all the time. I wanted to go wow when I opened the box and I sure did!!

I can't thank Ethan enough. I loved my experience with them so much that I emailed Ethan again this past January 2025 about matching the price of a 4.24ct lab diamond I had seen online. He emailed me back to email him the link where I found the diamond so he could price match it. Two days had gone by that I didn't get a chance to email him back about it because work got so busy for me. Ethan was nice enough to email me back first and said don't worry about it I trust you and I matched the price for you on our website. Well I could not figure out which setting I wanted this time fast enough for my second round lab diamond. My original E-ring was a round mined too. There is something about round diamonds I love! I am turning 50 this year so this is my big bday present. I immediately bought the 4.24ct round lab before someone else bought it and decided to take my time when the diamond arrived to pick a setting off Dreamstone. I received the diamond a few days ago and the diamond is even more beautiful than I ever could have expected. Wow thank you Ethan for making my 50th bday a memorable one with this rock! It was easy to get the insurance too I needed on it through the link Dreamstone texted me. It's so worth it too for a piece of mind knowing when I'm wearing my two rings daily that they are safe. I'm not the type of person that only wears my jewelry on special occasions. I picked out a setting last night on Dreamstone's website for my 4.24ct bday rock and I'm going to email Ethan now to thank him again and about their 3.2mm contour setting they have to see if they can make it with six prongs instead of the four so my diamond is more secure. I am sure Ethan will accommodate my request He is great to work with. Dreamstone has the best prices on settings and diamonds! Their customer service is the best I experienced. You never know, maybe next year I will be a third year in a row repeat customer!! Keep up the great work Dream Team! Thank you again for everything!!

Got a diamond ring from Dreamstone with a custom setting. Their customer service is topnotch, Ethan David was so easy to work with, even under tight timelines. They sent me renderings and pictures of the wax molding for my custom setting and were accommodating of the back and forths. Their rates are extremely competitive and fair; they don't overprice their diamond like the other online retailers.

They walked me through a number of stones and helped me pick the best one for me and designed a custom setting for me. The final ring came out beautiful. Great services and very competitive price. I worked with Guy in selecting a stone in Palm Beach for my engagement ring. Guy shipped a few stones based on my criteria to a local office and allowed me to view these large stones without asking for any deposits (I was looking for a 5ct stone). The team is very fast and responsive, easy to work with. I worked with a few diamond dealers and without a doubt, Guy is the most efficient one and nice to work with. First I want to say how important it is to go to a jeweler that knows his diamonds. And can explain the three C's ( so important).
Guy, hands down is an amazing jeweler who knows his Diamonds. And gives you options. Most of all, the one jeweler you can trust ! He is not out to get over on you to make a quick buck. This is so hard to find, seriously. I absolutely am truly in-love with my ring. He will be the One and ONLY jeweler I go to -to get any type of jewelery. He can he customize what you want. Before I bought a diamond for an engagement ring, I went online and did A LOT of research. I learned everything I could about diamonds, and then I compared multiple webstores. After receiving multiple quotes for my budget, only ONE website called me to discuss the specifics for my engagement ring. Dreamstone called me on Thanksgiving, the only store that took the time to reach out to me and on Thanksgiving no less. The representative was Ethan and he was upfront, honest, and straightforward. He invited me to their show room to discuss the differences between each available diamond. No other diamond retailer/wholesaler I corresponded with before Ethan (and Dreamstone/Shaidion) would even admit that EGL certified diamonds are different than GIA diamonds. I was and still am IMPRESSED by Dreamstone/Shaidion Inc. My meeting with Ethan and Eli David was absolutely phenomenal! They took the time to show me different types of diamonds, all within my specifics and budget. They are professional and personal at the same time. They did everything they could to help me select the right diamond for me. I’m coming back to Dreamstone/Shaidion Inc. for my wedding band and ring, and I’ve told all my co-workers about them.
