Do not use this company. Complete scammers. They are writing their own “good” reviews. You will loose your money and get nothing in return. They don’t deserve 1 star!

Worst experience ever. Hardwood tree trunk side tables came as soft wood with splits down the middle and covered with black marks of mould. After months of calls they agreed to collect and repair. After many more months of waiting they returned them to us with the cracks wood glued. The cracks then reappeared. Nothing like photo on website. We paid £500 for two! They now ignore our many emails and phone messages. Very poor quality and BAD customer after care. It still makes my angry when I think of how badly we were treated and how much money we wasted. AVOID

I just wanted to say how delighted we are with our mirror which arrived today. It is perfect and looks fantastic over our fireplace. Thankyou so much for a beautiful product and excellent service x

Ordered a lona mirror at the beginning of December. When it turned up a week before Christmas the mirror was broken. I emailed driftwood interiors and they said they would get a replacement made straight away. Sure enough the day before Christmas Eve a new mirror was delivered. The mirror looks fantastic in the hallway. Excellent service and will be ordering again from driftwood interiors again in the future.

I ordered a large mirror for my daughter at the end of November which I intended to give her for Christmas. When it arrived the parcel was damaged and the glass smashed in several places. It appeared that the parcel had been dropped in transit. I contacted Driftwood Interiors by emai, with photos of the broken mirror and had a very swift telephone response in which a replacement mirror was offered as soon as it could be manufactured/dispatched. Due to COVID restrictions and issues with transport I did not expect this item to arrive in time for Christmas however it did, it's exactly as described on the website and my daughter will be delighted.
I had read some really negative reviews about this company but in my experience both the products and the customer service are excellent and I would highly recommend buying from them.

Ordered a mirror from Driftwood as a present for my partner. As the mirrors are made to order it took a couple of weeks before dispatch but was well worth the wait. Looks even better than the picture on the website.
The mirror arrived insanely well packaged with an email from Driftwood the day before to let me know it would be arriving.
I’ll be buying from them again.

Really happy with the craft made products from Driftwood Interiors. Love the driftwood character that is now setting the scene for all our interior design. Very pleasant people to deal with.

I was hesitant about using this company having read a couple of negative reviews. But I very much liked the look of the products and there were also positive reviews. So I went ahead and ordered and I'm delighted that I did.
My Crail mantle mirror is stunning and just as good as anticipated if not better.
I think it's well worth the cost and much nicer than a mass produced piece of furniture.

Absolutely shocking service and attitude from the “director “!
Now, after the fact, I feel stupid for not doing my research before placing my order with this company , as there are many very bad reviews available on other websites!
First of all “this company” , as there seem to be a few different addresses associated with it , however ,only 1 name , Keith Banks , so I’m sure I am talking about the correct company. Besides I’ve just noticed on the “companies house” that apparently the company was dissolved in 2020!…. 🤔
I’ll try to make it short: I ordered a driftwood console table, made to measure one in early September. I paid the full amount upfront with a credit card (thank God!) , to be precise the person for whom the table was paid with their credit card.
I was told 4 weeks for delivery , I gave them 6.5 weeks but still the table could not have been delivered in time. I even got to see the pictures of the table finished , which looked all right but after arranging the courier company and the delivery date (passed my deadline…), the “director” had decided himself , with out any communication with me to cancel the consignment , get the table back to their warehouse and cancel my order completely , just because I emailed them saying that ‘I’m a bit disappointed they could not deliver it by my deadline”!! He completely and deliberately sabotaged my project! It was 2 working days before my completion date and he emailed me saying “ I suggest you find another supplier who can meet your deadline”. He actually even refunded the cost of the table , taking off cost of the transport! Cost of what transport am I supposed to be paying for ? The courier which he cancelled himself?! The guy is outrageous and does not deserve any clients putting their trust in him.
I hope this will warn off anybody in future. Or if you decide to go with them , make sure you pay with a card so that the bank can help you to get it back if need to.
At the end I found in the last minute a company who had a very similar (if not nicer…) table in stock and delivered to me within few days. They were supper prompt, helpful and professional , they are called “Doris Brixham”, I highly recommend 👍👍

Purchased a large Regent Leaner Mirror just arrived and from ordering to it arriving on my doorstep 5 stars would definitely use you again and I will be ordering another mirror for my bathroom

Do not buy from here. The mirror I received was nothing like the one advertised on their site. I ordered the Norfolk mirror- it was sent with a few pathetic twigs where the driftwood detail should be on the side of the mirror. Completely different colour to the one advertised. Cheap and poor quality. I have contacted them several times and they have not had the decency to respond. Over £300 spent and wasted.
Absolute thieves

I have to say I placed an order but then on reading a couple of reviews I thought I’d made a BIG mistake?? I am pleased to say I hadn’t!!!!!
I ordered a bespoke mirror (bespoke being 10cm larger than advertised) and have to say I was really worried.
We for sure got the wow factor when we opened and I have to say it is hung beautifully on our wall with no issues what so ever!!

The shelf arrived after over a month from order. To be honest I had forgotten I’d ordered it otherwise I’d have chased it up.

The finished product looks nothing like the picture on their site. I expected some variation as driftwood but where the pictured shelf is slim and long what I received is chunky and rough (not smooth).

I’m also not convinced it’s driftwood. Looks like wood that they’ve roughed up and smoothed for effect. Doesn’t have the look and feel of driftwood.

Lastly the dimensions of the wood are wrong.

All in all unsatisfied and will see about having it returned. I’ll update the review to reflect my experiences there
