Avoid at All Costs – Terrible Quality and Service

I ordered a tracksuit which did not look anything like in the pictures, tracksuit was poor in quality. When I requested a refund, they said they have passed on my message to the right team and someone will get back to me with the refund process. I waited 10 days and no one got back to me even though I emailed the email address on their website for returns. When I emailed them back they said it will cost me more to send the items back and for me to take the 20% good will gesture refund. we can offer, which is the maximum we can grant. You can keep the products if you accept this offer.I’d have to cover the return cost.
No refund either and no reply’s to my emails

Delivery was 5 weeks overdue after paying express delivery, the quality was poor both in quality and finish, ordered a three piece set and received a two piece. Asked to return they gave a BS excuse and said it would cost me even tho they were at fault. Finally offered me 20% refund I asked for 70% which I think was fair giving the service received and now silence… no refund, no reply, stay clear of these absolute morons.

Still waiting on my sets from over month ago says out within 48hrs and takes up to 5day be waiting over two months serious like

Items took over a month to arrive, only two items arrived when I ordered a set of three. Just kept asking for photos of what I received. The items I did received were very poor quality.
I requested a refund immediately, but was only offered 20%.

HUGE SCAM PLEASE STAY AWAY.
Ordered a 3 piece Nike set (shorts, T-shirt and jacket) for £30, with £10 delivery. Order took nearly a month to arrive. When it did only the shorts and jacket came. These were the cheapest, tackiest fakes I’ve ever seen - the material feels cheap even for swim shorts. I asked for half my money back to compensate only receiving 2 items and because these items cannot be worn as they are so bad. They have now refused 3 items, twice telling me the ‘relevant department’ have confirmed that there are only 2 pieces (they have never addressed the quality of the product). Despite me sending a picture of my order confirmation which clearly states 3 piece and shows a picture of 3 items. They are just con artists so please don’t fall for this like we did. Contact is also poorly written so I assume that English is not their first language and so the poorly made products are coming from overseas.

THEY SELL FAKE CLOTHES WITH TERRIBLE MATERIAL AND IT TAKES A MONTH TO BE DELIVERD. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID AND WASTE £70

Worst company ever clothes are fake no logos or tags bent nike tick still havent rec’d one of my items shocking that this is allowed i want a refund ive emailed and am now waiting for a response never buy from this company trading standards pls look into them scammers. Offer refund if you send goods back cost of £25 or give you 20% as gesture of good will to bin the rubbish

Do not order anything off this website it’s a scam ordered the Nike set and it’s rubbish the miterial is like a plastic bin bag the logo isn’t even right nore the colours

ordered from here two weeks ago still not received anything i paid £12 delivery and £9 for protection incase the package was lost delivery says to be 2-3 working days i’ve contacted them multiple times and still not heard anything!

COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE, I ordered some sweat pants which had seemingly been reduced from £80 to 19.99 and they charged £10 p&p, they arrived late and were nothing like the advertised images which I have since found out have been stolen from a genuine website, the size is supposed to be large, more like a large mouse than a large adult! The material is some sort of cheap synthetic rubbish with the logo cheaply printed into the material, the photos show a genuine label from a company called Very rare but the actual garment just has a very cheap L label sewn into the seem and the draw string is black not white as advertised on the image! After complaining about the quality of the item to the company and the fact it was clearly a counterfeit item as did
not match the image, the company said I could return the item as long as I paid the postage of 24 euros which is more than the actual item itself!! They offered a poultry 20% refund. I will be taking this further and reporting the company to trading standards if I do not receive a full refund! Just wanted to get a review out these to warn others as the website looks very genuine and very professional but if this item had stolen images from other sites I assume other garments will too, please do not buy from this site

So I Ordered of of this Site like two weeks ago I have got one packege out of the two I ordered wich was a zipper and it didnt even look the same Like in the picture they Showed, it also is made out of very cheap Material and not produced well! Best Part now is I wanted to Return it but they Said I Must pay them 24€ to ship it back to their wahrehouse in China plus there could be a 35% fee if anything Happens to it. Now im still waiting for my Nike Joggers wich I Hope I get and also want my Money back!!! Don’t Buy from them!
