I ordered a tracksuit which did not look anything like in the pictures, tracksuit was poor in quality. When I requested a refund, they said they have passed on my message to the right team and someone will get back to me with the refund process. I waited 10 days and no one got back to me even though I emailed the email address on their website for returns. When I emailed them back they said it will cost me more to send the items back and for me to take the 20% good will gesture refund. we can offer, which is the maximum we can grant. You can keep the products if you accept this offer.I’d have to cover the return cost.
No refund either and no reply’s to my emails
