Tried to cancel order after reading reviews, no customer service random emails saying order despatched. Item arrives weeks later totally wrong size . Avoid thus company at all costs

Order a Canada goose with all the stitching on the badge RUINED not worst fake I have ever saw in my life no puffy enough wrong buttons hood thin as paper asked for a refund but YOU NEED A VIDEO OF OPPENING to prove you did do it your self even so they tell you we have sent the shipping label but never actually do!!!! Avoid at all costs

Terrible service,Canada goose cost ordered 2XL it came it was a medium -will not let us return? Saying need to video us receiving it and trying it on big SCAM needs to be sorted before more people order & get conned.

Avoid at all cost, SCAM 🤬 they avoid your email, the quality is cheap and even tho I ordered 2 Xl when it arrived it was like a medium and they will make it impossible to return and don’t guarantee your money back until they inspect make some same up and refuse the refund.

My daughter ordered a Canada goose coat look a like for £110 over 3 months ago and still has not received it. At first the company messaged back saying they would look into it, again that was months ago. Then all communication stopped after requesting a refund.

Ordered some trainers of these first pair size 11 was fine second pair same size 11 but was smaller for some reason possibly fake tried to contact them got back to me once and since then nothing be careful ordering from here

Ordered a burberry coat. It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive but pleasantly suprised. Good quality garnent. Will purchase again

I ordered some trainers and I was told they were out of stock. Asked me if I wanted to order something else and supply the details. I have done this 3 times without success and they won't refund my money! Do not order from them, their services are crap and their customer service is non existent

Ordered a jacket, it took around 3 weeks to arrive which wasn't a problem because thats expected with sites like this one. Very happy with it. Good quality, heavy duty, looks great.

Emailed 4 times to request a cancellation on an item that’s on back order. No reply to any emails, sent them a dm through instagram. This hasn’t been answered either. Sent another email today and given 24 hours notice before I contact my credit card to do a chargeback under back! Terrible customer service for a company. Won’t use again!

Paid £100 for a jacket a month ago still not arrived .SCAMMERS DO NOT USE

I ordered a coat and trainers they were supposed to be Xmas present for my 2 sons costing £180. Was ordered on the 18th of November. Still not recieved item emailed them for them to say they dispatched. Yet another week goes by email again no response emailed again and still no response. So my money been taken no order recieved no response and 2 disappointed kids on Xmas

Parcel has now come after 4 weeks and products are of good quality. Just wish the company had better communication with there customers if they told me there a delay or that parcel can take up to a certain time to come i wouldn't of mind as I know what going on. The lack of response and ignoring is not good communication for a company

The tracking was very bad the jacket came nothing like it said it will come
it was a rip off I would like a refund this absolutely awful

Ordered trainers. Now no sign on website in my order history. Money has been taken and i have a confirmation email but unable to get any response from the drip bible team as to where my purchase is or if i cancel or why it isnt on my orders and even infact if i am actually going to receive the item. Defo would not recommend

I cannot tell you how many times I have sent emails to this company about various issues they just never email you back I paid £25 for a 2-6 day deliver my items didn’t arrive for 20 days I am left with a £150 jacket that does not fit my grandson because they will not respond to my enquiry about returning it will NEVER use this company again !!

I received my parcel and it was not similar to the real thing at all, i’ve been trying to return it for about a week now and i’m being ignored by the company

I ordered from Drip Bible and was very disappointed with both the quality of the items and the customer service. When the order arrived, the products were not as expected, so I requested a refund within the 30-day return window.
Despite their website clearly advertising "hassle-free 30 day return policy" and "30 day money back guarantee if you're not satisfied".
They have refused to give me the return instructions and claimed refunds are only available if items are damaged or faulty. This completely contradicts their published policy.
I have now had to escalate the matter to my bank for a chargeback, as Drip Bible would not honour their own guarantee. Very disappointing experience-I would not recommend ordering from them.
