I booked a four day tour starting in Delhi, to Agra (Taj Mahal) and ending in Jaipur.
Everything was well organized, the car was new and spacious. I was able to select hotels and ask all the questions prior. Also I could plan the trip according to my needs. So very flexible.
At every stop I met a tour guide, they were all excellent. Also I needed to go to the hospital to get a rabbies vaccination. I informed the manager about this and he coordinated everything for me, so I could get the vaccination. I was really greatful for this.
Also I want to give my thanks to my driver Sanjay, who was with me for the whole time. He is a great driver and his English is very good. He drove me savely and made me feel save.
I am really glad I took the chance to visit India on my way back from Sri Lanka to Germany.
I talked to a friend bevor and he said “you have to want to go to India, because it can get very overwhelming.” I thought about it a lot and decided to go. I was overwhelmed, but mostly in a positive way. It’s very different from everything I have experienced. I loved the food and the people, also in the guest houses, were extremely nice. I am very glad I got to visit and will come back.

We are a family with 2 children who just returned from a 3 week trip in Rajasthan and Varanasi. Choosing a driver in far-away India from my computer in Milan was a concern, but after a lot of research I decided to go for DIPT….and I do not regret.
Mr Singh answered a lot of questions, gave me very articulated suggestions, and helped me design the trip in all details; he managed local bookings like trains and others even on a short notice; he was always prompt and available before and throughout the trip.
Mr Naval Kishore, our driver, has been impeccable with his car, which he cleans every night and always replenishes of fresh water and wifi data. He has been more than a driver to us with his recommendations and information; always polite, perfectly on time, flexible with his time to make sure we made the best out of our own time; we all loved him. DIPT gave us a dream holiday at a very reasonable price; they did not slip on any detail. Reliable and recommended.

We travelled around Rajasthan for a couple of weeks with our driver, Sushil. It turned out a wonderful trip. He was always kind, puntual, respecful and friendly. A very good driver with great knowledge of the places we visited. We are looking forward to another trip with him

Our driver Ajit Kumar was brilliant. A great driver - very safe and reliable. Ajit is very knowledgeable and friendly and was considerate of our every need. We felt in very good hands. Our tour guides in Agra and Jaipur - Sourav and Himanshu were both amazing. They facilitated our entry to the monuments and made sure to show us and tell us about interesting, less known facts. All 3 staff were fun and we had some good laughs along the way. The company itself kept in touch responding to any questions and small change of plans very smoothly. My wife and I completed the tour of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. Not knowing what to expect we had the most amazing time. The guides were all fantastic, conversational, knowledgeable and accommodating. Our driver Ajit was equally amazing, ensuring our comfort and safety was catered for.
We both felt safe and comfortable all the way. Already excited about our next trip with this company.

Last word: we had a wonderful experience with our driver, Sushil Singh. Sushil is a very skilled driver who is professional, kind, patience and trustworthy. Throughout the trip he remained professional and respectful. He made sure that the car was always clean and that we were always provided with water. His knowledge of the streets of New Delhi, Agra and Jaipur is impeccable. When we come back to India we are definitely going to request the services of Sushil! Thank you Sushil!

While in Delhi for work, a colleague of mine and I were able, on very short notice, to carve out some time to visit the Taj Mahal. A visit that was overdue since it was the third time in India this year and we hadn't been able to see the Taj Mahal. After a quick search on TripAdvisor we settled on DIPT based on the excellent reviews. We asked to be picked up at 3 am from our hotel to catch the morning sun at the Taj. Totally worth it. Our driver, Mr. Ajit Kumar, was at the hotel ahead of time to make sure we departed on time. The car was very spacious and in excellent condition. Mr. Ajit Kumar also had a basket with all kinds of snacks and cold water that he provided all throughout the trip. His driving was flawless, not a single instance where despite the chaotic traffic we felt uneasy. His English was very good and during the trip to Agra, he shared with us interesting aspects of Indian culture.
In Agra we stopped to pick up our tour guide, Mr. Vikram Singh. If you want a very knowledgeable (he has a Master's in tourism) and passionate guide who clearly enjoys his work...look no further and ask for him. I travel a lot all around the world and it is not an exaggeration for me to say that he is in the top 5% of all tourist guides I have ever had. He organized our entry to the Taj flawlessly, he seemed to know everybody who worked there. He was fun and knowledgeable, and the explanations he provided were excellent. Vikram was able to read when we wanted time to look around, time to rest for a bit, and when we wanted more explanations. Also, he was great at taking some pictures of us...he clearly knows the best angles and the tricks of the trade. The visit to the fort and the palaces was also full of history and art explanations and gave us, thanks to Vikram explanations, a better understanding of the Taj Magal. Vikram also took us to visit some handicraft stores where they follow the traditional techniques that were used for the inlays at the Taj and the palaces. We included lunch in our package, the restaurant was buffet-style with good quality Indian food. The trip back to Delhi with Mr. Ajit was as smooth as in the morning.
By the time we reached Delhi, we were exhausted and very happy with our choice of tour operator. As a side note....one of my phones fell between the seats and I didn't realize until later. Early in the morning, Mr. Ajit was at the hotel to return my phone with a smile. DIPT definitely goes the extra mile to make your experience memorable.

I was in India in November 2017 with my wife. It was a wonderful 15 days and I'm sure that the attention and care of Rashill Singh, our driver, was fundamental to the success of the trip. Always guiding us with relevant information and keeping us safe!! If you go to India Rahill Singh should be your driver, he is the man!!

Excellent service. Mr Ajit Kumar was our driver who took great care of us. He was very helpful n cooperative. I was travelling with my two kids -10 & 7. He was quite supportive and made our journey comfortable.The entire process of booking to driving to site seeing was hassle-free.

We had several wonderful drivers on our Golden Triangle tour but we spent the bulk of our time with Rashil Singh (Sushil) who was so engaging talking about his young family and being so knowledgeable about our sights. One highlight was the Pushkar Camel Festival where we slept in a tent and enjoyed our camel wagon ride with Sushil and we all laughed a lot! But he was so professional and polite and helpful every step of the way! If we are lucky enough to go back we would hire this company again for sure and hope to see Sushil again!

Sushil was a wonderful driver, safe and secure, very attentive to our needs, and kept us entertained with conversation on our long journey. We have kept in touch with him ever since.

El Sr. Ajit, no sólo es un chófer perfecto, sino que también te brinda seguridad, en caso necesario está las 24 h. dispuesto si lo necesitas, lleva esmerado control de cualquier situación, como llevarte a buenos restaurantes locales de garantía, recordarte llevar el teléfono móvil, buscar la oficina de cambio más favorable, etc.
El coche que pusieron a mi disposición fue un SUV, Toyota Innova Crysta con asientos de piel clara, impecable con limpieza diaria, climatización, WIFI en el coche, servicio de nevera con botellas de agua mineral, bandeja con pañuelos de papel, desinfectante de manos, todo tipo de snacks, galletas, caramelos y dulces locales...
Todos tus deseos él los hace realidad, comprarte cocos naturales, visitar un encantador de serpientes, etc. con exquisito respeto y educación.
La Srta. Diya, organizó a la perfección la recogida en el aeropuerto de Delhi y el Tour de 4 días por el Triángulo de Oro y la Ciudad Santa de Peregrinación de Varanasi, poniendo a mi disposición guías locales de habla hispana, ellos fueron:
Sr. Raghuveer en Delhi, Sr. Govin en Agra, Sr. Yash en Jaipur y Sr. Rohit en Varanasi, todos con gran conocimiento de arte, historia y de la sociedad actual, para que puedas sumergirte a la vez en la vida real de la India con absoluta tranquilidad.
Te dan la posibilidad de pagar en efectivo en INR, USD, EUROS o en tarjetas de crédito, pagando tan sólo el 50% directamente al chófer a la llegada y el otro 50% al final del viaje, lo que genera una gran confianza.

We had a fantastic trip around Golden Triangle - Ajit was our driver, spoke good English, very knowledgeable and welcoming. Was a safe driver - always felt secure despite the busy traffic in India with a comfortable and well air conditioned ride with bottled water available. Was always early and prompt at picking up from destinations. Was very accomodating when we fell victim to Delhi Belly! Daily tour guides around sites separate to driver are provided.

Planned a full trip before leaving home but after arriving I could see I was overly ambitious :) I made some changes on the fly which was never a problem for our wonderful driver Ramesh, who could not only comfortably navigate the hectic roads but was always happy and helpful with nice bathroom and photo stops. Also his car was nice and big and always spotless.
Also a mention to the guides that we met that were arranged at various sights. Special mention to our guide in Jaipur that unfortunately his name has slipped my mind. I hope that our contact, Markul, will forward our compliments.
All in all I would not have any hesitation in recommending DIPT.

Our time in Delhi coincided with the G20 conference. This meant that many of the standard tourist destinations were closed, as were many of the roads. Our driver Ajit took us on his own tour of Delhi. Places that aren't usually on the main tourist route. It was a fantastic day. Probably better than if we would have taken the normal tour. I highly recommend this company and their driver Ajit.

Our trip started from Delhi and touched the main North India cities. We rent a car by DIPT. Our driver Ajit was very professional, he is more than a simple driver, is a well educated guide, he explained us a lot about indian culture, traditions and religion.
