I did not like the taste of anything I purchased. Returned. Was issued a gift card. I just want my $127 credit to my card. Maybe my fault that I didn’t read about returns. Guess I have no other option but to try another flavor. Fingers crossed.

Ordered 2 months of perimenopause stuff only one month delivered. Since they guarantee for 30 days thought they were waiting to ship second bottle to see if would cancel. Contacted customer service and told past 30 days without shipping slip we can’t help you. Won’t refund won’t ship so lost $65

TERRIBLE experience ordering from this company.

First it took two weeks for me to my package only to discover that it's the wrong order. Then I reached out to customer service and they tried to tell me that in order to get the correct order I need to return the wrong order and they will charge $10 for shipping to return an order THEY GOT INCORRECT.

Will never order from them again and I will be fiilng a chargeback.

its just basic stock that costs 20x more than in store. did not like the reset one bit.

Have had billing issues with this company over and over. I subscribed and then was charged the next two months without getting the product. I cancelled the subscription because customer service does not LISTEN to what you are saying. My account shows it was cancelled. In July I ended up ordering again as I do like the product. My account has shown my active subscription and below it my cancelled subscription. The other day I noticed a charge on my cc from them. As I scrolled down I see that they have been charging me all along for the cancelled subscription and charging my bank account for the new one. I called and they just say it’s my fault, that I have two different accounts. I’m like no I don’t. Where is this other account. Social media? What social media? Can’t answer. They say I’m getting two boxes a month. And I’m like no I am not. I’m just arguing with them that once again they are not listening to what I said. I say why does it say right below my active subscription the other is canceled. Answer, that’s because you have 3 accounts. WTF. I ordered her to cancel them all and send an email that they are canceled. They owe me several hundred dollars.

I also felt worse pre-menopausal symptoms after I started the 3 month trial.

I had the very same experience as another reviewer recently wrote. I was hoping the Dr Kellyann &ME Peri+ Menopause would help me with my symptoms but unfortunately, they became worse - so much so that I stopped taking it after a month.

I'm kicking myself for getting the 3 month special offer, which turned out to not be so special. I remembered that I created a subscription, which would process again in early June, and when I clicked on the Manage Subscription link in the confirmation email (Way to GO! You have activated your Dr. Kellyann subscription!) to cancel it, my account profile said I had no active subscriptions, which is false.

So I had to contact them and provide a screen shot. They then followed up with me and said they cancelled the subscription and that because I canceled, they consider it a bank dispute and that I am no longer eligible to make any additional purchases.

Product supposedly to help menopause symptoms did absolutely nothing and actually made me feel worse! They will not refund you if you don’t return the product within 30 days but they say you need to be on the product at least 90 days in order to notice a change. How does that make sense??
I wanted to give it a fair shot and after contacting them 90 days in they pretty much said sorry, nothing we can do.
Just wanted to warn others…

I’m giving this company two stars because the plan actually works but the products made me vomit. Thankfully I work from home but had to log out early because the nausea and heaves were so intense. This was sick time I cannot get back and need to care for my sick parent. I ordered the one day detox plus several boxes of broth, tried the lemon sips and chocolate shake and got so sick I nearly went to the ER. I bought LonoLife beef broth from a local store and continued on with a paleo diet and lost 6 lbs and 4.25 inches in 21 days. Another issue I had is Dr. Kellyann company operations needs an overhaul. I was able to get a refund, but it took nearly 5 weeks when the company policy says 5-7 days once received in their facility. I only got a refund because I called and asked about it. Thankfully I kept the USPS return tracking number, kept the order numbers from the items returned. USPS delivered the products in 2 business days. I should not have had to call for a refund. My return was slightly over $200 worth of products. The only reason I’m leaving a review is because I contacted the company about my experience with the product plus wrote a review on their website and was told someone would contact me…it’s been 6-7 weeks and I’m still waiting.

I ordered the Lemon Sips - taste was OK but after a while became pretty sickening. The product had no effect at all. I took as directed. The containers were all "light" and didn't have a 21 day supply. (Why would you not give a 30 day supply like every other supplement out there?) requested a refund - did as instructed - over a month and not refund has been processed - 2nd bad experience with this company - STAY AWAY
