I ordered the sticks. Should have been 3 for 2 and only received 2! Odd pink colour and they are tiny. Look nothing like in the videos and are about 3 inches long and labels aren’t on straight and are all creased up

Didn’t want to try the products and tried to cancel before dispatch. Rejected the parcel on delivery and it was redelivered to my door the next day. I’ve been asking the company for weeks to arrange how I return for refund and no one responds

I purchased a bundle and I found strange that the tracking number and order is not found on the website, so I tried to get in touch with them. The mails available on the website comes back as "not delivered" but they use the original one which is genuinely Korean, and they replied confirming that this is a fraud. Things/creams might arrive, but they aren't the original and if they don't arrive they can't do anything for it.

Go away from this seller as it is a fraud. I raised with my bank/card and they are working on it.

Ordered a lip plump duo and only one arrived, tried contacting the company with no response. It's a shame because I liked the products that did arrive but won't pay again when items are missing.

I never received my order cause delivered to a wrong address. I send them pictures with proofs but they ignored me and did not refund me. Bought from TikTok and came on the live to ask them but instead to respond me they blocked me. I never seen a company like this , so untrustworthy. Now i can imagine if a company is like this Gid knows what you put on your face from them. Can not trust this company. Looks like Temy honestly. To refuse to refund me even i have proofs this is on a different level. I can not recommend this company for anything. Taking your money but not giving you the products.

Scam company using a verity of gmail addresses. Order didn't arrive (but money taken immediately) and no reply to any of my emails. I am putting it down to experience & a lesson learnt - do not buy from social media platforms! However, I will raise the alert through reviews and warnings on all the platforms they are selling on.

I placed an order for my daughter's birthday on 18th January. I received a Royal Mail tracking number but it sat at "were waiting for the parcel to arrive for week's now. I emailed and got a AI message back saying that it was on its way.... yeah the band played believe it if you like! Total scam and ruined my daughters birthday. Scumbags, all of them.

I've been burnt before by false advertising, I took another chance with the peel shot and it paid off!! My order arrived very quickly, it's exactly as advertised and actually worked well. My skin looks smoother and clearer, regular use will keep your pores clean and clear.

Absolutely one of the worst companies I've ever come across. I ordered a product from their (apparently reputable uk) site on the 5th January. They say dispatch is between 1-3 days. I heard nothing after 8 days. No tracking, nothing. So I sent email. Nothing. After several emails I requested a full refund. Their website stated my order was unfulfilled and not recognised but they had taken payment. I contacted PayPal who had all info. and escalated case for refund. Dr Melaxin didn't respond and today sent a message telling me that item was despatched! I am furious. Tbh I don't want the product now but (as they're probably aware) if I return I won't get my money back. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. THEY SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO SELL FULL STOP!!

Didn't receive all my order, contacted them before Christmas and still no response. Have now opened a case with PayPal to retrieve funds. Seems like a scam won't be using them again.

Avoid buying from this website they never send you the product and ignore your emails 0/5 glad I managed to get refund through PayPal

Received the wrong product as I can see many others have here. Contacted their customer service and was asked to return via the returns label that was not included in the package.

Customer service then sent a shipping label for a company not widely used in the UK. After three failed attempts to return I fed this back to the team, reiterating my intention to return the product, while also asking when I will be receiving my actual order or a refund.

For the last week, it has simply been delay tactics from their customer service, I've not received the products I ordered, and no refund.

I am now instigating a chargeback process to recover my funds. Order from this website at your own risk.
