Wrong plug supplied and no response.
Despite advertising a product with a UK plug, it was supplied with an EU plug.
I've contacted them via email, but not had a response.. I'm now out of pocket after buying a uk plug from a 3rd party.

Bad Customer Service
Would have been 5 stars but… I purchased an item and paid extra for next day delivery, it came 2 days after I ordered it. I sent a message via the website to complain but got no answer so I sent an email and as yet no got a reply to either. Really bad customer service

I believe you sent us a message after the business has closed for the weekend on Friday evening, and we always ask that customers wait a reasomable timeframe before getting in touch again (24-48 hours, Monday to Friday), especially during busy period such as we experience on Mondays, catching up on orders and emails from the the weekend.
