Why are they back😡scammed loads of people. Didn’t refund yet making videos like nothing happened. Absolute joke of a company

CAN’T BELIEVE THEY ARE BACK! I am outraged they have started the business over, they promised I’d have my tan but I’ve never received it for a year. I placed two orders and SOMEHOW they went missing ***king id!0ts

I ordered over a year ago and still haven’t received my order, multiple emails have been ignored and still no refund. They are now ‘back’… don’t order. You wonder why all of their comments are turned off on social media it’s because they’re scammers.

One star is absolutely generous, if there was an option to put minus I would, I ordered this tan, again like everyone else I saw on TIKTOK, £40 for tan was a little steep but due to the hype I thought it would be worth it. What. A. Mistake.
A year later I still haven’t received a refund or my order.
A company that is happy to take your money but not provide the goods, it appears to it’s happened to 90%+ of the customers.

I ordered tan at the beginning of 2021 after seeing it hyped up on Instagram and tiktok however I still haven’t received the tan. After so many emails asking for an update months later, each reply I got said it would be 3 weeks. Still no tan to date and no refund, over a year later. Do not order!

My first order arrived 4 months late and didn’t receive everything I ordered and was refused to be sent the rest of my order. I re ordered and all my emails have been ignored and I ordered this over a year ago! It’s a SCAM do not buy from this seller

Absolutely shocking customer service & spent £50 and never received anything. Was told I’d be refunded & never did & refused to message me back. SCAM

I ordered 30th June 2021, never received my items & emailed the company several times. But now they have deleted their company email so there is no way of getting money back from them!! HOPE YOU ENJOY SPENDING EVERYONES MONEY YOU HAVE SCAMMED!!

I ordered in JULY LAST YEAR, I still have not received anything ! They have stopped messages on Instagram, email and tiktok there is absolutely no way to contact them, you can’t even comment on the insta posts. Absolutely disgusting what they are doing to people.

Never received my order, was back and for with emails and was promised it had been sent out multiple times. Absolute tramps clearly need the money more, hope they made their small fortune and karma catches us with them soon.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered in May of 2021 and still 8 months later I haven’t received my order and it seems they’ve done it to a lot of people. They’ve shut down all their social medias and website so nobody is able to contact them. Very unprofessional!

I bought back in June 2021, it’s now 2022 and I still don’t have it. I have tried emailing. It’s happened before when they forgot about my order and then sent it to me but this time I have no email replies from them, they have shut down all their social medias and shop so there is no way to even get through to them. It’s embarrassing for them. Their faces are all over the brand and they didn’t own up to clearly not being able to handle the business.

Ordered in July 2021 - it is now December 28th 2021 and I have still not received my order. I have sent too many emails asking where my order is and I received one reply apologizing but that was it. Checked their Tiktok and they have turned off all commenting. Do not buy these products. Such a scam.

TERRIBLE!!!!!! Never order from here I am absolutely appalled that I’ve never received my tan and I ordered at the start of august!!!! No replies to emails, messages or comments. Seems like they’ve done this to everyone else it is a complete joke of a company it needs to be investigated further surely they can’t just take all of our money????? They posted holidays and cars on social media from scamming!!!!!!!!!
