I accidentally ordered the wrong size…
I accidentally ordered the wrong size case by mistake. Customer service made me hole by sending me the proper case. No extra charges. Told me to donate the the cases I was sent. They are sending the cases that fit.

This is my second screen protector. I dropped my phone and the impact broke the protector, Honestly I was worried that my screen also broke. I ordered a new one and delivery was quick. Removing the damaged protector I was thrilled to see that my phone screen did not have a scratch on it! Installation of the new screen protector is very easy. I highly recommend this product from Drop Guys

Over and Beyond in Every Way!
They are very prompt and their customer service is amazing. The phone case feels great. I thought it would be just like the one I got for much less at best buy, but there's something different about the materials and the edges. It just feels well made.

Terrible Case. Phone now non functional
I saw all the good reviews so I purchased the IPHONE 17 CASE ULTRA SLIM and it came with the IPHONE 17 SCREEN PROTECTOR. I dropped my phone while walking in my house and the entire screen cracked. The case doesn’t provide good enough protection. It seemed like when my phone fell, the corner of the phone got hit because it’s not well protected. My phone was only about 5 months old. I paid to get the screen replaced and a few days later, I dropped my phone again while walking in my home and half of the screen turned white and was completely non functional. This case provided 0 protection.

This is my second screen protector order in a year. Absolutely loved the first one, but it cracked in two places, right through the middle,( have no clue how ) so I ordered another.
Not sure what happened (followed all the phone cleaning instructions, just like the first one I ordered a year ago) but this screen protector had microscopic dust particles stuck to the sticky side. I only see them when my screen goes to black.
My OCD is quite irritated every time I look at it now. I may go and get a cheaper option.

Customer Service
