DRP Heating is an independent plumbing and heating business based in Bristol, run by Dan Pocock, a fully qualified heating engineer with more than 21 years of experience in the trade. I provide professional, reliable plumbing and heating services throughout Bristol, with a particular focus on boiler and cylinder servicing, heating repairs, fault diagnosis, smart heating controls and system upgrades. I also work with unvented cylinders, solar thermal systems, NIBE exhaust air heat pumps, water softeners, taps and a range of general plumbing repairs. As a sole trader, every customer deals directly with me from their first enquiry through to completion of the work. There are no call centres, subcontractors or different engineers arriving at your home. This allows me to provide a personal service, maintain clear communication and take full responsibility for the standard of every job. I believe customers should understand what is happening in their home, so I explain my findings clearly, discuss the available options and confirm pricing before additional work proceeds. I always aim to arrive when agreed, treat every property with care and leave the working area clean and tidy. DRP Heating is Gas Safe registered under registration number 648454 and fully insured. Where applicable, new boiler installations are also supplied with manufacturer-backed guarantees. Whether you need an annual boiler service, help with an unexpected heating fault or advice about improving your heating system, you can expect honest recommendations, experienced workmanship and friendly, straightforward service. Have been using Dan for about 12 years. He is very professional and thorough. He has recently installed a new system for us and we will use him again for all our heating and plumbing needs.

Found Dan off our local Facebook group where he is very highly regarded, used him after our previous boiler man let us down numerous occasions and the gamble paid off, he has been great with servicing and other repairs over the years, get him booked up in advance as he’s a popular guy.

Outstanding customer service and easy to deal with. Honest, reliable and fair. Dan has worked for me for over 5 years at multiple properties and he always turns up. His work is tidy, no mess, and fairly priced. Happy to recommend DRP Heating and Plumbing for boiler service and installation, General plumbing and Landlords Gas Safety Certificates. Dan is the local legend.

Really pleased with the service
Really pleased with the service. He initially came to service the boiler and was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. He then kindly offered to come back and sort out an ongoing issue with my thermostat, which he was able to resolve. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’ll definitely be using him again and would highly recommend him

We’ve used Dan at DRP to service our boiler and general plumbing support including new outdoor taps and resolving leaks in north Bristol for five years and couldn’t rate him highly enough.
