Everything was well taken care of from start to finish. Our personal assistent Poyraz was here the whole time to answer every question very quickly even on his dayoff, he was very patient with us and understood the fears that would come coming to a foreign country to do a life changing surgery. He wants to be there for you every step of the way and he does not want you to worry about anything. Packet included everything: the transforms from airport to the hotel, to the hospital and the other way around. Dr Serhan is really professonal and did wonders with my nose. The staff was great: everyone was kind, friendly and ready to help anytime. The nurses checks up on you everyday at the hotel until the day you leave. I have no complains. I want to thank everyone of the staff for making this trip so great experience.

I want to say thank you to poyraz and everyone that works for arpanu medical. Deniz, Romena, Carla all the drivers. The hotel staff at nova prime and all the staff for the before and aftercare of my surgery. I cannot thank you enough. The surgery went well and I would recommend this clinic to everyone including all of my family and friends. I promise you will be in safe hands here.

My brother and I came across Dr Serhan through his instagram page, where we got to see examples of his amazing work. We then made contact with Dr Serhan's team where we booked our appointment through the lovely lady, Elif, along with our hotel stay including transport to and from the Clinic Doku Medical. Our parents also wanted to support us through our operation. Their accommodation was also provided. All the team at the hotel, Nova Prime, were lovely and welcoming providing us with an amazing stay. All the team at Doku Medical were exceptional. They efficiently and professionally walked us through exactly what the procedure consisted of, including expextations and aftercare. During our consultation with Dr Serhan Derin he was very confident and provided the reassurance we needed, considering how nervous we were about the whole procedure. He understood exactly what each of us wanted. I strongly recommend Dr Serhan Derin as we couldnt be happier with our results. 10/10 experience. Ich habe vor einer Woche meine Nase beim Dr. Derin operieren lassen. Vom Anfang bis zum Ende lief alles reibungslos und besser als ich es jemals erwartet hätte.

Jeder aus dem arpanu Team war zu jederzeit erreichbar für Fragen, Notfälle etc.

Besonderer Dank geht raus an Ferit und Bahar. Beide haben sich wirklich um alles gekümmert und uns bei jeder noch so kleinen Kleinigkeit unterstützt.

Der Dr. Derin leistet eine saubere Arbeit, ist wirklich sehr professionell und begabt in dem was er tut. Ich würde ihn jedem empfehlen, der darüber nachdenkt sich die Nase operieren zu lassen.

I’ve got my nose revision from Dr. Serhan I am very satisfied with this surgery. The hospital is very clean nurses or service assistants helped me very well. There is a shuttle service the hotel is very good. A nurse visits the room every day. I am very impressed And I also recommended my friends to have plastic surgery here.

Leider musste ich meine zuerst positive Bewertung zurück nehmen.

Die Nase ist nach abklingen der Schwellung nun leider immernoch, oder wieder, enorm schief. Am Ansatz scheint sie gebrochen, oder verschoben (direkt in Woche 1 nach der OP). Ich habe überall Löcher im Nasenbein und in der noch viel zu langen Nasenspitze irgendwelche spitzen Knorpelstücke und alles in unförmig. Auch mein rechter Nasenflügel ist irgendwie komisch verdreht.

Ich bin total unglücklich damit und hoffe dass sich jemand bei mir meldet.

Toller Arzt! Geht auf die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse des Patienten ein und bleibt dabei realistisch und freundlich!

I had my rhinoplasty done by Dr. Serhan Derin and his team. I am head over heals happy with my experience. I have been wanting to get my nose operated on for many years, and I'm glad I built up the courage. The results are better than I could have imagined. I would also like to thank Zivile, Yasmine and of course the nurses for treating me well and always making sure I am doing well. I would highly recommend Dr. Serhan and his team if you're thinking about getting a rhinoplasty done in Turkey.

Almost a month ago, I had my rhinoplasty done by Dr. Serhan Derin. I had a flat nose with wide alars. Dr. Serhan did an excellent job and made my nose look very natural and pretty! I am very happy with my nose now. I had minimal to no swelling and bruising post op. I had an amazing team that took good care of me from pre-consultation to post-op, up until present. To John and Bella for assisting me with translations and made sure I understand everything. Gaye, the lovely nurse who visited me daily during my post-op at the hotel, and all the lovely nurses at Doku medical. I had a very smooth and amazing experience. Ich komme aus Deutschland und wurde ganz lieb von Bella, John und dem Doctor empfangen. Sie fragen immer wie es einem geht und kümmern sich gut. Es hat alles reibungsloser geklappt, auch der Transfer super nett und ein gemütlicher Bus. Ich bin gerade wieder aufgewacht und habe keine Schmerzen, nur ein bisschen Hals. Aber auf dem Zimmer steht Tee bereit. Das Zimmer im Hotel sowie im Krankenhaus ist sehr sauber und elegant. Ich habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt und würde es immer wieder machen. Ein großes Dankeschön an Bella, sie hat mir alles übersetzt und an den Doctor, der meine Nase so süß gemacht hat.

I recently traveled alone for plastic surgery abroad and was quite nervous on the day of the operation. However, Dr. Serin and the team were very experienced and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. From my hospital room to the post-op care I received at the hotel, the experience was truly remarkable. I am especially grateful to Simge, Dr Derin's assistant who was my main point of contact before the operation. John assisted with translation and provided exceptional support. Yasmin and Deniz also checked on me at the hotel. I felt like I was in good hands with Dr. Derin and his team. Their care and attention made me feel well looked after. Ich habe mir eine sehr tolle Klinik ausgesucht. Das Preisleistungsverhältniss, die Betreuung und das gesamte Umfeld ist sehr gut. Ich habe als Kontaktperson für die Organisation mit Frau Meral geschrieben. Sie hat mich sehr gut Beraten, informiert und organisiert. Egal wann und wo, Sie war immer und jederzeit für mich da. Ebenso wie nach der OP war für mich als Ansprechpartnerin Frau Bahar zuständig. Sie informierte mich über jede Postoperative Behandlung und auch bei ihr konnte ich mich jederzeit melden. Die ganzen Krankenschwestern waren sehr nett, Kompetent, Aufmerksam und verständnissvoll. Ich wurde von Dr. Serhan Derin operiert und kann ihn nur weiterempfehlen. Ein sehr toller Arzt mit einen sehr guten Einfühlungsvermögen. Außerdem war auch das Hotelpersonal immer für uns da. Auch im Hotel hatten wir Pflegkräfte die jedesmal nach mir schauten, ihre Nummer hinterließen und uns alles brachten was wir benötigten. Ich bedanke mich bei allen Pflegekrãften, Ärzten, Hotelpersonal und den Fahren für alles was Sie taten.

My experience has been amazing. From scheduling the appointment, to the consultation, leading up to the procedure, to post surgery has been great. Your team has been so kind and informative. Dr. Serhan has been so kind and listened to all my concerns with my nose. He not only make my nose revolution which is absolutely wonderful but also he straight my nasal septum for better breath.
