I purchased the TriMax Scan and am happy with the purchase, as it is a one-time payment without a recurring yearly subscription fee. The linear setting is very comparable to the hospital-grade ultrasound scans I have seen for vascular assessment. What could beat a simple handheld device with so many features on the go?
Tremendous frustration using this. Took several minutes to establish a connection because the connection to the phone kept dropping and I had to restart everything several times. Even with a constant connection though, I couldn't get a straight video, the images were tilted and coming in every few seconds,impossible for a fine needle aspirate for urine collection . After 30 minutes of trying, I still had trouble finding the bladder. The image though was clear, which is why I didn't give it one star.
The device is portable and very easy to use. I was surprised about the quality and versatility of the product given it's low price compared to other competitors.
Unfortunately my device had a defective battery but I reached out to customer service and my problem was resolved within 1 week. Dr Sono provides a 1y manufacturers warranty and they stand behind their product 100%. A special shout out to Lisa, who was very responsive, helpful and thorough with all my communications with her. I couldnt believe how easy was to deal with this company in terms of info regarding repairs/warranty. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a portable ultrasound device that is easy to use. We will likely be purchasing another unit for our clinic
So, the customer support team is amazing, especially Lisa Brown. It is not so much that I had issues, but I was able to explain my concerns with some of the way shipping was handled and they took care of me without hesitation. I felt like a valued customer, which is very important because a great product needs a great support team, and you get both with Dr. Sono. So, I ordered the tri-scan, and I LOVE the product. It does everything I need it to and more. It is beautifully packaged and feels super premium. The best part of the product is the app being free. A lot of these companies are charging monthly subscriptions on top of hefty probe prices. Dr. Sono makes their products affordable and accessible, which made me feel confident in choosing them. It works great and offers excellent value. This is not one of those bad cases where you say, 'I get what I paid for,' and instead you get so much more. Thank you again, Dr. Sono, for an amazing product and a support team that actually responded back and helped me.

Lisa in customer service was fantastic to work with. I had some shipping issues that was no fault of the companies and Lisa worked with me tirelessly to get it resolved. She was very reasonable and patient. I was so impressed I even told colleagues of mine about my experience who ended up purchasing a Dr. Sono U/S as well. I would not hesitate to purchase their product. Making a great product is one thing but having the customer service to back it up is simply icing on the cake.

My transducer is incredible! I love it so much, I’m in ultrasound school and wanted more practice than what I was getting. My only issue would be the Shipping Company they use, FedEx notoriously has the worst customer service and made my shipment experience awful, I wish they would change the company they use to ship their products. Other than that 10000/10

Your order was processed promptly after purchase and shipped via FedEx under tracking number 887554776527. According to FedEx’s official delivery record, the package was successfully delivered and signed for. A screenshot of the FedEx proof of delivery has also been provided to you for reference.
Please note that all of our shipments are sent with signature-required service to ensure secure delivery.
