Clients can attend our Patient Reception in Central London and receive their results by email. We also do home testing for tests such as CDT for alcohol misuse, and testosterone.

Didn’t work
The test came very quickly
But then I didn’t hear anything after 5 days so I emailed at least twice and after 2 weeks I emailed again and called and they said my test was in conclusive as not enough of a sample even though the tube was full !!!

Very good reception at clinic
Good booking process, very nice reception at clinic with excellent staff. Took longer to get my results than I thought (an email update might have been nice), but overall a very positive experience.

Bad experience ever
I went to London drugs with my daughter on Saturday morning. I had a miss understand with the price the cashier called the supervisor to look at the price. When I went back with my daughter the supervisor was standing there and she gave me a bad attitude. I felt really embarrassed in front of my daughter. My daughter 12 years. My daughter said if the supervisor is going to be this rude she does not want to come back. Supervisor name was Harini
