Great customer service!

I received the Dr. Water Tumbler today and it came with a part that I didn’t recognize, nor was it listed as a part in the instruction manual. I emailed and received a response from James within two hours on a Saturday. Turns out it’s a storage case for the cleaning brush. I didn’t know Customer Service like this even existed today.

Quality is not as advertised and slow response time

I purchased their Hydrotumbler that is advertised to generate between 1600-3000 ppb of hydrogen. I purchased a hydrogen water test reagent and the most I got out of 5 tests was 900, the average was 800. The other issue was customer service, the response time is very slow, like 4 days per email on average, it's like they don't really care, or they try to stretch the days till the return period lapses, overall didn't have a good experience with their customer service.

product is cheaply made, lid does not seal and there fore the hydrogen basically evaporates through the lip of the top of the pitcher. the quality of materials are questionable and i was unable to get a direct answer from the co. when asked. the return process was poor to say the least. procrastination responses from the co. who also would NOT provide me with a pre paid return shipping label. when i went through the process of return i had to pay 25 dollars for ups pick up a week out along with the page would not allow me to print a return shipping label, also you have to take several photos of the pitcher and submit it which will then go through a review process before they either approve or decline your return. so trying this product for 30 day and if not satsified is false. the co does everything they can do to make the return process painful and frustrating. would never recommend this co or product. will never purchase from this co again.

Customer service

Dr. Water Review

I was looking forward to getting my hydrogen water pitcher so much. There were a few bumps in the road in reference to shipping. Which was weather related. The customer service team at Dr. Water were awesome. They kept me informed and answered all of my questions in a friendly manner. I am so happy and I am enjoying my water pitcher. Thank you to everyone, especially Jack with customer service.

Awesome product

Awesome product. Having great results using Dr. Water. Customers service is top notch. Accidentally washed the charging port and they sent a new one at no charge. Will definitely be purchasing again.

A Retracted Statement of Worse Customer Service.
After I sent that review stating as much, a few hours later, I received a phone call from a customer service representative named Jack, who addressed all the issues I had raised in the review. My HydroFixx drink mix arrived today. Now that all that is behind me, I can enjoy my HydroTumbler as I should. It works mechanically, but it is too early to give any results. I've only been drinking 3 to 4 of these a day. One thing I can say, it is making me drink more water.

Less snacking

I purchased the Dr. Water Model HP-68 pitcher because Doctor Steven Gundry said the Resveratrol supplement I take would work better with hydrogenated water. I don't have any way to know if the hydrogenated water, or the Resveratrol, have had any health benefits, but I did notice that I have been snacking less during the day. This may be because when drinking hydrogenated water, the person feels full during the day, and as a result, less snacking. I will explain. I used to snack a lot between meals, but after using the Dr. Water pitcher in the morning, later during the day, if I do snack, even just a small burp will make me feel the urge to vomit. But don't me alarmed, there is no vomiting, just a feeling of having a full stomach. And thus, less snacking.

Worst customer service in the history…

Worst customer service in the history of customer service - got my unit . No bubbles not charging - called 5 times in thespian of 4 days - pleasant enough AI girl but couldn’t resolve my issue - passed me to a “live” person but “no one available.”
Days go by no call - they email me ticket number and assure me someone will reach out - i text and email back and no response - the absolute worst piece of garbage non operational unit on surpassed in horrible quality by their “customer service “

I love my Hydro Stanley

I love my Hydro Stanley. I had a pitcher style before but it didn’t work for me because I couldn’t drink fast enough while the hydrogen was fresh, and if I was away from home I would have to wait until I got back home to replace and refresh the Hydrogen. But with this portable drink cup I always have my water and the hydrogen generator with me at all times. The pitcher would be great for multiple users that can be near it all day. But if you want a portable water bottle and are the sole user, then the Hydro Stanley is a great choice. And I can’t forget to mention that the customer service is great and has been very accessible and helpful whenever I’ve had a question or concern.

I absolutely love the Hydro Pitcher

I absolutely love the Hydro Pitcher, but after 9 days of use the water had a metallic taste to it. I did multiple cleanings but nothing would permanently resolve the issue. As others mentioned, lots of emails back and forth until finally received a phone call with Jack who after listening to my detailed story agreed to send a replacement. He emailed me a return shipping label and promised to send replacement once mine was received. I am giving 5 stars for now with the anticipation that the new device will work properly without have to do a cleaning daily.

My 2 bottles

I ordered 2 bottles and love mine the other was for my spouse, he loves his as well. I had a question about adding lemon and ACV to the water. I got an answer fast. The customer service at Dr Water is great, they are very helpful. After I had placed my order it arrived in I believe 2 days. Very soon I will order another for my brother. LYING scamming company sending the wrong product. email is possibly handled by ai chat bot

Ordered december 16. contacted them on dec 26 and jan 14 and reluctantly agreed to wait till first week of february for my water filter to be delivered. already over a month delayed. Received the WRONG PRODUCT on feb 2 and it was USED and SCRATCHED. Then for 2 days telling me to "wait" for return instructions. Finally contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. this is a scam company with low quality chinese products scamming people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I had the pleasure to speak with Jack. He was kind and made me feel I had all the time in the world to ask questions and clarifications. Besides his kindness and professionalism, I appreciated his honesty. He didn't answer a couple of questions because he didn't know the answer, but he was going to put me in contact with his speacialist. The products sell for themselves but Jack made a difference for me to purchase 4 items.

REPLACEMENT SENT

2/14/26 NEW REVIEW UPDATE 🙂....
After all my emails, Jack from customer service did called me about my concerns. He sent a replacement ASAP. So for now everything is working great. I appreciate the replacement as the other was useless. If you are having issues, hang in there. They will respond and rectify your concerns and make you a happy customer.

OLD REVIEW...
Within 5 days just about everything was defective. The straw was loose, leakage from tom and bottom, HydroStanley would not work unless plugged up. Useless as a portable option. Contacted customer service and thought they seem to work with you they don't. Its just a back and forth email party. You send your complaints with video and they send you another sweet email. What you do not get is actual customer service, your money back nor an exchanged item. This was a waste of my money for a product I was looking forward to using. Too much hype and no worthy back up material. SAD. Just SAD.

Customer service was great

I ordered a few items last week and needed to talk to customer service about my order. It did take about a week going back and forth to get resolved so I’m happy to say they followed through. Just be patient.
Loving the products & hydrogen water experience . I’m feeling lighter , more focused and like my kidney functioning has improved already .

Jack, and team, at Dr. Water went unbelievably above and beyond "Customer Service"!! I cant wait for my pitcher to arrive, as I am preparing for surgery soon!
