I love my Nessie Pins! Thank you so much! It's so creative. I immediately googled for like ship push pins and stuff like that planning on drawing up a map and stuff. Of course that doesn't exist. But these pins, one in a million.

You haven't left your name, or tried to contact us by email first, just straight in with the anonymous 1-star stab, but we guess you are our customer from Putuo, China who ordered on 22nd of March?
Despite the stabbiness, thanks for your order, especially as a customer from China, as we are hardly ever get orders from there, so really appreciate your custom.
Your order was sent from the UK on the same day you ordered (22nd). I'm sorry it hasn't got to you yet. It was sent by Standard Delivery as selected and payed for, to your address in Putuo, China. Standard Delivery is the cheapest option you can select, but as a consequence, does not have any tracking service, this is very clear in the selection process and in our terms.
Packages can take a little time to reach China due to domestic delivery. It's been 16 days now.
You could try checking with your local post office, just incase they're holding on to it for some reason...

I've ordered, and got reliably delivered quite a few of the wonderfully quirky designs from Duncan and associates, and never had any reason to regret. Every single one of them either made a much welcomed present or remained in my proud posession (the MOON!).

Unique, clever items
Shotton Design Studio has very clever items that are unique. Service is always complete and accurate and reasonably fast when items were shipped from Japan. I always enjoy getting their packages because they used fun Japanese postage. I look forward to their emails about new products and buying their products.
