Excellent in every way

We had been let down by our usual supplier so needed printed boxes at a good price and quickly. Alex called me to discuss our requirements, came back with a very competitive cost and we received our boxes within 4 working days. Amazing service

Next day delivery disappointment

Disappointed that, having paid an extra charge for next day delivery, it was not made clear at check out that that only applied to orders placed before 3pm. My order was processed at 3.14pm. A small declaration beside the option would have avoided the misunderstanding.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION

Initially pleased with the speed of response to my enquiry, but the level of detail for matching my request in the response was really poor and I don't have any confidence in this company's ability to deliver.

The quality of the boxes look good

The quality of the boxes look good, but the delivery service was not good. It took three attempts to deliver the goods.

thank you for the review. Unfortunately, it can sometimes take several delivery attempts for a successful delivery. That can be the case if you are not at home when the delivery service passes by. Nonetheless, it sounds like there was a communication issue and we will work with our delivery company to improve that.

I was pleased with the product that I purchased; however I paid for delivery in 1-2 working days and it came on the third day. I also purchased 20 boxes and only 18 arrived.

I've ordered 3 different size boxes to ship orders for my small business, and I've been quit happy with DS Smith, and their customer service. I can't wait to afford personalized boxes!

Overall I was very pleased with the order process and quality of the end product from DS Smith ePack. The only reason that I have not given 5 stars is that I felt there could have been more attention to detail during the design stage as silly little errors crept in which meant a few amendments required at the proof stage. Other than that, everything ran smoothly and we're very happy with our branded sample packaging.
