Great company to deal with!! Had a lot of questions about my caddy maxi roof rails and cross bars, and we're excellent on the phone and emails, and when I needed to find an alternative for cross bars I'd bought (I have a roof vent, so needed something higher) my return/refund was easy and they were on the case to find me the right bars. If only all companies gave the same lever of service. Will defiantly recommend and look to use again. Thanks guys :)

TBH I made a mistake ordered the LWB transit custom by mistake, they then got the SWB roof racks posted out no hassle (£25 Posting fee) so helpful, amazing product for the cost, really pleased. No trouble at. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻from me.

Received my item the next day after my order. Unfortunately my delivery courier damaged the item but after leaving a return form that evening I got an amazing reply from Jack with DSTs customer service team who got me a new item shipped that Friday. I received my item by the Monday in perfect condition. Very satisfied.

What a fabulous company to deal with, from prompt email advice to receiving my order. If only we had more professional prompt and courteous companies like these.

If you're looking for a set of side steps/running boards for your car . Scroll past dst automotive as they supply the wrong brackets with the side steps to fit your car the garage that fitted them for me also fits steps on other cars, on the website it says you can fit them in an hour , garage had my car for 2 days trying to get the brackets to fit with the side steps and because of labour it costs me £150 almost as much as the side steps cost me , when i did get the phone call to pick the car up i got told not to put any weight on them as they weren't Fit For purpose and explained to me that it was the wrong brackets dst automotive had supplied me with . Before i contacted dst automotive about the brackets i went to other garages for another opinion and every garage i went to told me the same thing that they where the wrong brackets . I sent dst automotive pictures as requested and they said they where the correct ones and only needed adjusted and slid into the cars bodywork and tightened up . Told them what i had been told by different garages that their is no adjustment left on the brackets and they're as far in as they'll go hence the wrong brackets , according to them all the garages i took the car to are wrong and they are correct. Even in a vauxhall mokka page on Facebook that it joined just to see if anyone else had the same problem , several comments said to keep away from dst automotive as they supply the wrong brackets for your car . I just don't know how all these people and garages can be wrong and dst automotive are right . Now let's be clear , i am not complaining about the other products dst automotive provide and its only the side steps/running boards that's my issue . Now they did say if i wasn't happy with the product to send them back . I can't afford to put it back into a garage and have them removed and packaged up because the garage has thrown out the original packaging and i can't do the work myself because of a stroke i had in September . The mokka group comments where also being posted about returning purchases to dst automotive that it's not worth the hassle and their a nightmare to deal with . Even got suggested to me to take the hit amd throw them out and buy from a different company like parttech or van man as they products they supply actually fit the car . So people , my advise is buy from another company amd don't waste your time or money if your after a set of side steps . I've already ordered a different set from one of the companies mentioned after great reviews from the members on the mokka group . Wish i had joined that group before ordering from dst automotive.

Bought Roof Bars and Load Stop for my Ford Tourneo Connect. Looked at a few makes and models some hugely expensive some very cheap n cheerful and DST Automotive Version.
Seriously Top Notch Quality, went together faultlessly fitted perfect and looks the Biz.
Just the Bars on there own pretty silent at 70mph.
I’ve loaded a Canoe on top using the load stops absolutely secure and highly recommend the load stops for Canoe and Kayaks.
Overall pleased with the purchase.

Bought roof bars & rails for a Renault . Little bit fiddly if don’t read instructions properly fitted perfect feel very sturdy & well planted . Time will tell . Finish & quality look good to me

I ordered a set of roof rails for my wife’s Vauxhall combo life short wheel base.
I chose to pick them up and realised that they were too long took them back and there service was second to none they had no hesitation in exchanging them for the correct size Evan though I had opened the package.
They was very polite and above all most helpful

I had a really good experience with DST, they helped me find the right roller cover for my Ford Ranger Wildtrak and I followed the fitting video. Some of it was a bit fiddly but I managed to get it sorted.
5 star product and an overall good experience.

Bought side steps for 2016 Korando. The brackets do not fit at all so they are useless. Not answering calls or emails. I've paid by PayPal and now in the process of claiming my money back through them. Do not buy from this company!!!

I ordered a roof rail / roof bar package for my Peugeot Partner LWB, they were described as ‘perfect fit’ ‘made to measure’ etc etc.

The roof rails fitted no problem, but the matched roof bars were a nightmare to fit, after contacting DST online they were next to useless, when I told them I will have to angle grind 30mm off one of the bars to make it fit, they were not interested, even though I sent some pics they still insisted they fitted perfectly, the customer service is appalling, the questions I asked were greeted with play ground style comments. I would never use them again or recommend to anyone, stay well clear.

Roof rack not fit for purpose. Dont answer the phone and email correspondence poor. Luckily paid through PayPal and got a full refund, despite their onerous terms and conditions for return, ignore them, do not accept any restocking charge and just open a dispute with PayPal.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Product does not fit as advertised, its criminal that they do knowing full well the bars require much more work to make them fit. And can't get through for any help....

ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL PRODUCT AND SERVICE. Bought van roof racks which have locks to prevent people tampering with the screws... But this lock can be removed by hand with no serious effort at all. There were parts missing from the box I'd ordered and the company waited what seemed like forever before sending out the roof rack I'd ordered.

When I'd complained about this, they refused to acknowledge it was their mistake to send the parcel out, refused to offer to take it back for a refund and completely ignored a rather lengthy email I sent hoping they would have some kind of spine within the company to take it back, even at my cost.

Don't just take my word for it, I made a mistake and ordered without checking reviews. I'm making this review in the hopes that people will see it and avoid ordering from these people.

No doubt they'll respond to this review with some regurgitated bull, with no real care whatsoever.
