Tyneside Training Services have been using DTS for many years and we recommend it to all our LGV & PCV students to help them prepare for their theory tests. We have found it to be the most comprehensive and realistic platform and is a superb way to support students to achieve their goals. DTS is much more than a question bank, we can use it to track learner performance and to identify drivers who may need some additional support and to measure our own delivery programs to ensure we are hitting key learning points.
We have used the platform not only for our commercial customers but also our funded drivers on Apprenticeships and lately LGV bootcamps. We use it in our delivery to reinforce learning and to guide cohorts to success. We also use it on funded programs post theory tests to support candidates to complete Mod 4 tests and where appropriate to refresh their knowledge prior to interview by using the support videos as well as targeted questions to build drivers confidence in their ability to answer questions at interview.
We get excellent support for the DTS team , they are always quick to respond, listen to our feedback and to put in place any support we require as well as offer advice and guidance on how to get the best out of their products.
As the DTS offer expands we will be looking to utilise the new products to add to our delivery and enhance our customers experience.

We have been using the DTS Anytime bespoke theory test system for 2 years now here at B&W Truck School. The candidates who utilise this system always go on to achieve a pass. We also find the candidates are more knowledgeable regarding the HGV industry and this therefore gives them a lot more scope after practical training to be better placed for future employment.
With the additional bolt on courses now available, this will be a useful asset going forward too.

We were using other products for our apprentices prior to moving to DTS for our LGV theory training and apprenticeship modules. We initially tried a small number of new apprentices using your products and the feedback that we received was very positive. The users found it very easy to use as did we as we could keep track of the learner's progress by downloading reports that we could also easily share with the employers.

We have also started using your products for our internal staff CPD, selecting courses that are relevant to our industry, the general feedback has been positive, again the ease of use and the quality of information and videos being mentioned by the staff.

We are looking to expand our apprenticeships and very much love that DTS are willing to work with us to create new high-quality content that we can distribute to our learners.
