We was having issues with our internet and got in touch with DTX. Quick and professional response from Sam on all our needs. Ian worked on site non-stop to get it all in place and up and running as soon as possible and Dan after service with fab.

We had a problem with our phone lines and internet. DTX were brilliant. They reviewed our requirements and sorted everything out for us. They made it very easy. Very good company to deal with. Everything running smoothly.

We have been with Sam Hayes, and followed her to DTX all those many years ago. I can honestly say she is great, amazing customer service, always checking in and before lock down would come and see us a few times a year to make sure we were happy with everything (and now via email or phone calls!). Super quick to fix any problems with our phone providers and also setting up new systems at our Centre. Highly, highly recommend DTX!

When my Broadband went down yesterday suddenly I reported it to DTX. Dan took my call and found it was an area fault. Back on within the day - Dan kept me up to date and even checked this morning all was OK. Great customer service - keeping me informed at every stage
