They are not a good company to invest with. They profit from your losing trades. The only good thing about them is that they are regulated by cysec. However that does not mean that you should trust them. They are market makers meaning that they are basically like a casino only difference is a casino doesn't pretend to be on your side.

Frankly, i am happy with this service. Yes, there are many platforms, a lot of assets, and a good Technical Analysis service here and in many other companies. But the level of personal service in Dualix makes me feel safe and secured!

I am trading on and off, mostly for fun and side income and i like this brand. Great app and web, i use mostly on mobile and its important to me, its quick. The spread is fine here (normal for regulated firm). Bank transfer was smooth, both too and from trading account.

I choose Dualix after my friend recommended me and i am very happy with the service. Good Luck to all of you!

Do NOT invest any of your money with this business. They will tell you it’s only a 10% RISK. This is complete lies. This is 100% RISK and you will LOSSE ALL your money within weeks . “The market has dropped” was there answer, this is lies. This is basically a casino . They want you to loose money so they get there % out of it. I have lost over €13,000 within 5 weeks. They will ask you to invest €250 at the start to get it up and running then they will show you making profits to impress you. They will then say you need to invest more to make more which the human thing is “you will” because you are making money on your initial €250. I was that stupid person who did this. Please take my advice and STAY CLEAR . (AMER was the guys name) your account manage , but I’m sure this name changes with different clients.

THE FRAUDSTERS AND THIEVES THEMSELVES ... AVOID THEM !!!

They have scammed me of 150 euro. I have opened my account with 250, they advised me to invest 200 in oil then in 3 days I have 108 euros in my account, and I didn't closed any gradings, I have managed to get a refund of 108 euros...

Pretty good website and platform, up to date and developing. The team is very nice, supportive and helpful.
Don’t have nothing to complain about, only complements ;)

Before you want to invest with Dualix be sure you know a lot about investments because this company is all but trustworthy and has an enormous capacity to trick out money from naive and gullible people.I had personally the experience,so beware!!!!!!!!

i was constantly being called on the phone and eventuly they scam me out of £3000 all promises no money their very good at withdrawing money from people but not giving any back

was promised the world .after a few weeks of constant phone calls to get me to invest more almost all my funds have disappeared .no phone calls just lately as i have said i have no more to invest. if you have any sense do not use this company

Easy set up. Excellent service. I have made great profits within a short time.

Stay away from these they say you can only lose 20% maximum I lost 100% soon as wanted to close account the daily calls for more investment disappeared as did my money
Soon as I said I wanted to close my account my investments made by Richard all crashed leaving me with nothing
And when you leave bad feedback on hear they threaten you with legal action

You be better off going to casino you have more chance making money

I made the mistake of signing up for an account with these guys last Friday.

Since Monday, I have been receiving between 20 and 25 calls per day from trading marketers working for companies other than dualix.

My personal information should be confidential.

When I have contacted them to close my account and remove me from their system, I got an answer along the lines of - Don't worry, your details are confidential and we are in keeping with GDPR.

They are refusing to close my account.

Please think before dealing with them.

After a very long search I can say pro service
