We’re sorry for the confusion. The sensor shipped was the exact part number ordered, and the claim that an incorrect part was sent is false. The product image used is the manufacturer-supplied image for that part number.

We understand you were unhappy with the restocking fee; however, it is applied in accordance with our published return policy. Despite this being an electrical component, we approved the return as a courtesy.

Duaparts.com never answers or returns any calls and they advertised parts they cannot get.

I placed an order for a part that Duaparts.com advertised for sale. I called duaparts asking if they had this particular part number in stock. They do not answer their phone calls although their website says in multiple places; "Have Questions? 24/7 Customer Service - We’re here and happy to help!" They do not call you back. The part ordered did not say out of stock on their website and their website let the order go through as a sale although they didnt stock it. Hours later they sent me a text saying that they did not have it in stock ! Now I have to order elsewhere and apply for and wait for a refund.

In reply to Duaparts response to my review: Nowhere do they say that they will text you. You call Duaparts and they never answer and never return your call. Much later they texted my phone after I had already placed the order and no longer had my phone with me. They said they dont have the part that I just ordered from them earlier that day and they gave me an alternative that they said did have the part. The alternative that they gave me did not have that part either, untrue again. Duaparts then said I was confused about which company I placed the order with. Confused about who I placed the order with? Why would I not know who I ordered from ? I had my receipt from them in my hand. Then they said "We also mentioned to you multiple times that your card was never charged." They just completely fabricated that statement too. They never texted anything to me saying that at all.

We’d like to clarify a few points. You received a text response within ONE HOUR of your inquiry confirming that the part was not available and explaining the situation. While we were unable to return the call, we did respond promptly to your text message and also gave you an alternative of where to find that part.

At that time, you were also confused about which company the order was placed with, which we clarified immediately once the order number was provided.

We also mentioned to you multiple times that your card was never charged and you dont have to wait for a refund.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

The 5-day transit to California is normal for UPS, and shipping speed after pickup is outside our control. We appreciate your business and hope to get 5-stars next time :)

I will use this company again, there was a glitch in the order. One of my items did not make it with the original order. They sent me an email said they would do their best to fulfill it as quick as they could. I sent them an email they corresponded back with me in a timely manner. My order was filled five days later as far as I’m
concern great job. I will use them again. I have my parts to complete my project. Good customer service five stars.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!

I DON'T LIKE TO WRITE REVIEWS PERIOD BUT I NEEDED TO DO THIS ONE.
ORDERED THE PART AND IT WAS WRONG !!!!!
TRIED TO CALL SO MANY TIMES BUT NO CALL BACK IN 29 DAYS !!!!
I HAD 30 DAYS TO RETURN THE PART !!!!
ALSO, EMAILED THEM, THEY REPLIED AND INSTRUCTED ME TO GO TO THEIR WEBSITE AND RETURN IT BUT I NEEDED TO GET THEIR RMA NUMBER IN ORDER TO RETURN.
I WENT TO THEIR WEBSITE AND THERE WAS AN ERROR AND COULD NOT MAKE THE RETURN, THAT'S WHY I KEPT CALLING BUT NO ANSWER AT ALL !!!
THAT'S A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A BAD BUSINESS IN MY OPINION.
NOW I AM STUCK WITH A PART I DON'T NEED AND THEY JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY !!!!

We take customer service seriously and always handle returns according to clear, fair policies. However, it’s important to be honest about what actually happened.

You placed an order on October 5 and first reached out on October 16 to return it. Within one hour, our team responded with clear instructions on how to initiate a return directly through our website — a process that takes just a few minutes.

After that message, no reply, no return request, and no follow-up were ever made until nearly a month later, on the final day of the return window. Our email and call logs confirm that there were no additional attempts to contact us during that time.

Today, the customer called multiple times within a few minutes while we were assisting other callers, and we responded shortly after by text to address the concern again.

It’s disappointing to see a review that misrepresents the facts. We expect the same honesty from customers that we demonstrate every day. We responded promptly, provided clear instructions, and followed our return policy exactly as stated.

Our company operates with integrity, respect, and transparency — and we ask for the same in return.
