I paid this company for a service
I paid this company for a service. I did not choose, contact, or contract any third party myself. I was directed to a “partner” by this company as part of what I purchased.
When serious issues arose, I made multiple attempts to contact the company. I was either ignored or received responses that did not resolve the problem. Instead, responsibility was shifted to the partner, even though I never chose that party myself.
Payment and written electronic communication constitute an agreement. No written contract was ever offered, yet payment was accepted and the service was not delivered as expected. Hiding behind the absence of a signed contract after accepting payment is not acceptable business practice.
When I shared my experience, the company responded by distancing itself from responsibility rather than addressing the core issue. As a customer, I find this deeply concerning.
This review reflects my personal experience. I am entitled to share it so others can make an informed decision.
