leaving the office, the lining slid over my blazer without that sleeve bunching

Walking to dinner Friday, this sandstone ribbed sweater was warm without feeling bulky under my coat. I like the merino-cotton feel and the cuffs actually stay put. The color is alittle lighter than my usual stuff, but it works with jeans and grey trousers

the dense charcoal wool was the first thing I noticed when I took the overcoat out of the box, it has a real weight to it without feeling stiff. i wore it over a shirt and thin sweater on Tuesday and the full lining slid on easily, no bunching at the shoulders. The notched lapel and matte buttons look quiet, which is what I wanted for work. Only gripe is the sleeves run just a touch long on me, maybe half an inch. still, it’s definetly staying in my winter rotation

the tonal belt is what made me pick this trench, it pulls my waist in without feeling fussy and i keep retying it just because it looks so neat

after five wears my ribbed cuffs still feel soft on my wrists

my chilly walk to work is easier in teh lined wool coat, sleeves run long

needed my collar to not wilt and it stayed sharp through my morning meetings

cold desk mornings suck but my wrists stay warm in this sandstone knit
