Duct Cleaning Near Me In Melbourne by Duct Mates Opiniões

We were really happy with the service from Gary. He did an excellent job cleaning our heating and cooling vents/ducts. Gary was so pleasant, clean, friendly and productive. Thanks for helping us with this job. We would definitely recommend Duct Mates and use them again.

Job well done. Polite and friendly.

Great experience and service. From the first conversation to the last, very responsive and easy to deal with. Angelo who completed the work was fantastic.

Gary and Roshan worked very hard to finish replacing all our ducts. They listened to everything we said and asked, were polite and courteous, respectful eg took shoes off without asking, cleaned up and overall did an amazing job to get the heating back on in one day. Quote was competitive and had all the details as to what would be done.
Ryan was very efficient and timely with quotes and getting back to us on answers to questions.
Gary came back two days after the job was finished to adjust the amount of air coming through 1 vent. No fuss nothing was too hard or difficult.. well done

Professional and efficient. Great job would highly recommend

Fantastic service. When I 'phoned, they understood the problem quickly, made an appointment, arrived when they said they would, and worked quickly to solve the issue. Cheerful, polite, professional and very easy to work with. It is very easy for me to give a full 5 star ranking.

We used duct mates to clean our system, and they did an excellent job. It had not been cleaned for over 10 year and now it’s looks brand new!
Thank you, would recommend!

I called for a quote to have all my ducts replaced as I had random hot spots under the floor and when you looked down the original vents you could see they were a bit rusty.

DuctMates were excellent to deal with! I explained my needs and had a quote emailed to me within the hour. As part of the quote gave me install date options. The quote was exceptionally competitive.

The crawl space in my house is very small, but the installer was able to manoeuvre around under there and did so without complaint. I now have a fully functional heating system. The ducts blow actually more evenly than before as well.

I couldn't be happier with the work completed by DuctMates, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends or family and will definitely be contacting them should I need duct work done again in the future.

Great service, very friendly and punctual.

Forgot to do 1 vent. I had to clean myself.

Very good service

Not the cheapest in town, but they did a decent cleaning of my ducts. Although, they did miss out on cleaning part of my air-conditioning split system, they were quick to return to finish the job another day. The technician who was assigned to do the job was knowledgeable and very informative about how he is cleaning the ducts. I also expected feedback regarding upgrades to my system which was not forthcoming until I had to remind them. The reply back was slightly underwhelming than expected. Overall a decent experience and will hope to have a better experience next time if I do engage them again.

Duct mates is a very professional company
They arrived on time and did all the work they quoted for very efficiently.
I recommend their services to any one needing ducting replaced.

Professional, courteous, thorough, efficient

Very happy with service received. Gary is a lovely guy who was punctual, friendly, polite and explained everything well to me.
Very quick and efficient and carried out my job earlier as I’d been without my heater for a couple weeks. Highly recommend.

Ductmates we’re recommended by the guy that services our heating unit. They were very quick, clean and thorough. Showed us photos of everything before and after. We were very surprised by how much build up there was in the ducts as the system was only a few years old. Can tell ducts are now working much more efficiently. Will definitely use them again in the future to keep the ducts clean and well maintained.

Friendly service, prompt with quote and easy to deal with. Would recommend to friends and relatives.

Gary was on time and from what I can gather has done the job satisfactorily. Very happy with his work, polite and courteous. Cleaned the house after

Very obliging personnel. However I am unable to comment as I have been unable to see the finished product but I believe the work was done well.

Thank you.
