How crazy that a company rolls out services and charge you up front but doesn't disclose hey are not fully operational Dude Meds. First, you’re not wrong → we are also not fans of the current portal. We recognize its shortcomings and have been actively building our own in-house member portal in the background. That new platform is launching soon and is designed specifically to fix the exact issues you’re describing: booking, visibility, communication, and updates in one place.
I have been told this for 8 months and the only way for me to book a consultation or even a simple check on my member portal is not possible
That said, I do want to clarify the medical side so there’s no confusion. You have been successfully seen and treated through our platform, with prescriptions written on the following dates: Me having to use emails and wait 24-48 hours to get a response and then book an appointment to speak to a doctor is not SUCCESSFUL by any standard
To help us resolve this quickly, can you please clarify what exactly you’re trying to do right now or what information you need updated? For example:
1. I needed to change my email address and phone number but again cant even do that simply through my member account on the portal
2. My original plan was to just update my email and cell number on portal--once I saw i couldn't sign in again I tired to call---no live person to speak to or even use chat option and same issue no live person and its a BOT. So here I am 2 emails later, a unhelpful chat attempt and phone call
3. Because of the actions above I now want all my DudeMed treatment reports and doctor reports, blood work data so I can share with my doctor as well as a new provider
4. I need to know when my membership is over so I can schedule my TRT transition without a lapse for my current treatment
5. I had no knowledge nor did I book any appointment on January 28,2026? Who scheduled this and when was I going to be informed
Lastly their response will be they refunded me by my request and legal action. I was refunded the part of TRT i didnt use...they offered me 50% off to continue and I declined for why would I want to deal wiht the same no member portal, poor service and loss of my medical records on their non-working member portal records.
