Make it almost impossible to withdraw anything at all. Customer service is a joke and only reply with be patient and generic scripted answers to fob you off rather than paying out.

Within minutes of signing up and fully expecting the worst my details name, age and DOB had been used to try and reset my email account. Fortunately I could block this from happening.

Fake site do not sign up. I learnt hard way. No customer service. The link before gives you an admin email which is also fake. Reported to gambling commission. They take yr money but will not pay out. Dont trust the message that say they have been paid out. They are suppose to respond to reviews made on here is less than 2 stars this does not happen. Avoid

An ad came up on Facebook for "britwin" which piqued my interest, and I read through the comments underneath it, all of which seemed genuine -- I even checked out some of the profiles that had left a positive comment and again, they seemed genuine and legitimate. I googled "britwin" and trust pilot-ed it and nothing came up, which in hindsight, should have been a red flag for me. Upon signing up and depositing the recommended £25 (which suddenly turned into £28 something which they don't tell you about until it comes out of your bank!) for the bonus that was initially advertised, I quickly learned how much of a scam this site/app is. If you win anything on your free spins, or otherwise, you have to "turn your winnings into real cash" by depositing more money, which is utterly ridiculous. There is nothing real about this site accept the money YOU put into it, and you'll get absolutely nothing from it accept a £28 something sized hole in your bank account that you could have spent on something else. Please avoid at all cost.

It's fake casino site. There's no customer service, you won't get your money back or any winnings, they use social media with fake reviews to promote how other people have won ect. It's not a real site, you will win nothing except sending money to criminals you will never be able to get back. All completely fake. And yes I have learnt the hard way. Won £240 after depositing £25. It's been under review for 4 days and there is absolutely no way to contact them. Any email you send just bounces back. Checked terms of service and it says people in my country can't play but yet I put my address details in to register and they took my money no problem. Who reads terms of service?!!?
