I like on-line learning
I like on-line learning, but this course was a bit corny in its set-up with the banter which added to the time to complete. At times the modules were repetitive, but the downloadable content was useful and it is great to be able to keep it for future reference. I would definitely say it is worth while doing this type of course you just have to get used to the style of it.

For some people it clicks straight away, for others it takes a bit of getting used to, so we really appreciate you calling that out honestly.

Duke Education has been great. I’d been out of work for a while and wasn’t sure about studying again, but Scott have been so supportive and easy to talk to. They really helped me get my confidence back.

well there has been articles written about this company. they are 100% a diploma mill, use chatbots for everything, even assessments are obviously marked by ai, as u can give 2 answers that say the same thing but if it doesn't have specific keywords its marked as wrong. the positive reviews on here are suspicious too, especially mentioning favourite "lecturers" which is funny, cos i have never encountered any human in my learning, much less a helpful lecturer, u only ever talk to chatbots

I found the course quite easy to do
I found the course quite easy to do. And the bonus was I could.do it while still going about my day... half hour train ride I can do my course.. out and about for the day when I stop for lunch I can work on my course on my phone leaving my afternoons free for the kids. Leigh was a great mentor. Never a problem.getting hold.of him for help if I did get stuck. Thanks Duke for helping me retrain into a different field.

Great learning experience
I completed Cert.III Business Administration, I found the course very informative and easy to navigate, the course lecturer Kay was very helpful and supportive at all times. The whole experience exceeded my expectation, highly recommend.

STEER CLEAR. I’m currently doing one of the courses…
I’m currently doing one of the courses that Duke has to offer, I am learning as I go but to be honest, I cannot think of a slower way to learn. In the assessments they grade you on, they seem to ask the same question several times, they just reword it. With some of the assessment tasks you are basically just repeating yourself from the previous question you answered, but Duke will add an extra part to be answered, which you have most likely already explained in a previous answer. It is so repetitive and doesn’t seem very professional. I think that whoever put the course together truly loves the sound of their own voice, which is a real pain in the backside when you’re wanting to learn and progress forward but all I seem to be doing is wasting my time and answering the same question that’s been worded 3 different ways. I definitely would NOT recommend Duke Education to anyone at all… actually I shouldn’t say that, because if someone told me that they would like nothing more than to be bored silly for 6 months, I would recommend Duke Education

Duke Education’s vocational training follows a competency-based approach, meaning tasks can sometimes seem repetitive to clearly demonstrate required skills. However, we understand your frustration and are actively reviewing our assessments to reduce repetition. They expect a perfect answer.
They expect a word for word answer. You may as well copy and paste if you can find the answer. I've never had trouble learning before but this style is useless. No gains, just red marks and redo's for questions answered correctly.
Shut down duke. You fail.

This company is really shady
Company is masking their presence, all staff work from home (and not their reported Bourke St address). Company name was changed 9 months ago and staff have been instructed not to talk about their previous trading name. When I reached out to ask questions, I got stonewalled into emailing support.
In trying to find out if this was a 'Certificate Mill' I found their lack of presence and lack of information MORE damning than if I'd found a pile of 1-star reviews.
Comically though, the image of the kid wearing a wrestlers mask on their website does entirely match their M.O.: Immature company masking their details.
