No Refund - Scam
No Refund. After having successfully tried the trial version of Dumbofab DVD Ripper I mistakenly purchased the Video Converter Lifetime.
I then purchased DVD Ripper Lifetime because I had an urgent project to complete.
I emailed their sales team explaining my error and asked for a refund for the Video Converter which according to their website I had 30 days to make the request. The website also stated that they would reply to my email within 24 hours.
I have sent numerous emails to their sales & customer service but have not received an acknowledgement or response. I even emailed their tech support with a technical question, but it was the same no reply. There is no telephone number so no contact is possible by phone.
The website refund policy page returns Error 404
During the payment process, I was going to use PayPal but an error came up so I had to use my credit card. I now understand why they did not want payment through PayPal.
They have glowing reviews on their website which I assume they have written. Their refund policy is a SCAM.
