We suspect you are being scammed - we strongly advise you to never use one of our products as payment to a stranger/ third party. This way of payment can not be traced and the buyer/seller will simply accept your payment without delivering a product or service.
The scammer may have pretended to be a well-known company to make you think they are legit. Please always make sure you are in contact with the actual company and not a fake one.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any order if the delivered products have been sent to the scammer.
We advise you to report the scammer account to the used website and the police. Hopefully, they will be able to trace the scammers! We will fully cooperate with any possible investigation.

Who are we?
The name of our company is Dundle. We have several webshops all over the world. Our webshops is called Dundle.com. We sell various gift cards, game credit and games.
It's possible that your account was hacked and the hacker made a purchase with us.
The products we sell are for personal use only. We have no affiliation with third parties. Scammers and fraudsters specifically requires gift cards because they can redeem them immediately, without leaving a trace.
Dundle implemented a security system to stop fraud and theft by applying various rules. It is possible though, that some people dodge these rules and are able to order anyway.
We hope this clarifies our role in the matter, and if you have any more questions we would like to hear them.

Realizei a compra de um astropay voucher mas ao tentar usá-lo em diferentes plataformas sempre recebo a mesma mensagem: Esse voucher não é seu. Até aí tudo bem, o problema é a dificuldade que encontrei pra buscar uma ajuda proveniente de vocês.

The reason we have to include these costs is that our company has certain expenses. For example, we have to maintain our website and maintain our inventory.
Unfortunately, we do not have any influence on the transaction fees added by Paypal themselves. These are a part of the payment method they provide, and are the same for every customer and company. This means these costs will not be any lower when using a different webshop.

A única coisa errada, é o aviso e a porcentagem que vcs cobram! Pelo amor de Deus! Frete de entrega online?? E aquela porcentagem em cima do Pix??? Abuso total sim!
