Excellent International Shopping Experience!
I recently placed an international order with Dunyong and was extremely satisfied with the service I received. I had specific questions regarding delivery to a DHL ServicePoint in Italy, and they were incredibly quick and helpful in providing all the necessary information.
Despite a small technical issue during checkout, the team was very efficient in adjusting the shipping options to accommodate my request, ensuring the package was delivered exactly to the ServicePoint I specified. The package arrived without any issues, perfectly packed, and within the expected time frame.
Fantastic customer service and a seamless delivery. Highly recommended!

Great experience and products
Fast delivery, great communication (I had an item that could not be delivered due to stocks and they called me to check, got a refund right away).
The webshop experience is not the best - on mobile, I keep going back to the main page - but it's ok, it does what it needs to.

Een bijzondere ervaring
Een bijzondere ervaring, er was in no time contact omdat ik iets niet kon bestellen, werd top geregeld. Van twee kleine potjes atjar kwam er 1 grote en kreeg nog geld terug omdat dit goedkoper was! Super shop waar ik in de nabije toekomst mijn bestellingen doe. Veel dank voor jullie prima service.

De winkel was onverwachts vrij…
De winkel was onverwachts vrij makkelijk bereikbaar en producten stonden al gereed bij de balie, de dag na mijn bestelling. Goed gedaan, al verstond niet iedereen Nederlands in de winkel. De volgende keer zal ik dat product weer bij deze winkel bestellen.

Ik had gezien dat zij glutenvrije panko konden leveren. Na een berichtje werd het artikel toegevoegd aan de webshop en binnen een paar dagen geleverd. Super service!

zending in orde
De zending was later dan beloofd op de website. Een dag te laat voor de eerste ceremonie voor overleden familielid. Kon dus enkel uitgevoerd worden met wat we nog op voorraad hadden liggen. Verder was de zending in orde, dank.
