Friendly, helpful and very efficient

Sam was great, the whole process was straightforward and she was always on hand for any questions I had. I thought using the Thirdfort system for confirming financial and personal info might have been difficult but it was very easy. All in all, a great service and would def use again!

Emma was really helpful. She helped us find the best rates which was suitable to us. Communication was on point. Literally one call away. Kept us updated throughout the whole process. 10/10! Would highly recommend.

My broker Sam was positive and helpful from the start and I loved that much of our communication was by text, which I found fast and efficient while still feeling friendly and informal. Even though I had complex personal circumstances, Sam found me a good deal with a high street lender. I'd never have approached this lender alone as I didn't think I fit their criteria. The lender were a bit slow getting the deal through but Sam was there to reassurre me every step of the way.

Very efficient and smooth dealing with both Keith and Sheila. Highly recommend them both and though we hope to not be moving again after this current occasion, would definitely return to them in future.

Excellent experience - I was always set in stone that I knew who I wanted to take my mortgage out with, and to the best of my ability I was getting the best deal. But Angela talked us through all our options and managed to get us a deal that was much better than what I could see. Angela talked us through everything and kept me in the loop 24/7 - it was a really easy process and would highly recommend to anyone!

As first time buyers my wife and I did not know what to expect. From the first phone call with Dupree our experience has been fantastic. Keith has been on hand every step of the way to explain things and answer questions and we never have to wait long for a reply either over the phone or via email. We've been told by other companies and mortgage advisors that buying our own home would not be possible but Keith and the team at Dupree really have made our dreams come true and we will be back in 5 years when it's time to re-mortgage! Keith was also very easy to contact whether that's through the telephone, email or via his online booking service. I would strongly recommend Keith as he has made buying a first home feel a lot less stressful for my partner and I than originally anticipated whilst also gaining knowledge of the processes involved.
