I ordered from this site and paid the shipping costs shown at checkout, thinking that was the full price. What they DON'T tell you anywhere on the website is that you'll ALSO have to pay customs fees when your package arrives.

This added an extra 35% to the total price I paid. Had I known about these additional customs charges beforehand, I would NOT have made this purchase.

I searched the entire website - checkout page, shipping information, FAQ, terms and conditions - and found ZERO mention of customs fees or import duties anywhere. This is completely misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch pricing tactic.

If you're planning to order from this store, be aware that the price you see at checkout is NOT the final price you'll pay. Factor in an additional 30-35% for customs fees that they conveniently "forget" to mention.

Very disappointed with this lack of transparency. A legitimate business should clearly disclose ALL costs upfront, including potential customs/import duties, especially for international orders. This should be standard practice, not something customers discover only after their package arrives and they're forced to pay extra just to receive what they already paid for.

Would not recommend without this crucial information being disclosed first.

Put off buying from the site.
Nobody replies to messages through the contact page, making a purchase feel unsafe.
Shame. I wonder if the band know how they are being represented through their merchandise.
