I tried to order 3 packs of document holders (the variety with poppers to close the folder). I thought I had found a bargain with their multi-packs of 5. It turned out that I was ordering 3 folders from a multi-pack only. Very misleading and ended up paying over £3 per item including the gruesome postage. I would never have ordered if that were clear. Yes, my fault for not looking more closely, but undoubtedly will not be ordering from them again. They ignored my email about this too! Poor!

A week after ordering landscape folders I got an e-mail from you saying that the carriage was £20 on phoning to pay this I was told it was now £86. There was a lot of unhelpful things said and I cancelled the order. I phoned another firm who used Royal Mail which I was refused from you, paid £19 in postage and had my folders 3 days later. Your staff I spoke to appear to need some training in being helpful etc.
