Never received order
I never even received my order and I emailed you all multiple times just to not get a reply back I lost 252 dollars on a gift that was for my husbands birthday and never even got a apology.

When we became aware of the issue, we did reach out and assist with the process of filing a claim through our shipping insurance provider, Route. We’re glad that the issue was ultimately resolved through that process.

Shipping only took a week
Shipping only took a week! Without paying for expedited shipping! Nice! And my new slide functions flawlessly! I was experiencing malfunctions, failure to feed or failure to eject every couple rounds. Plus I wanted a cut out for optics. So I bought a new slide. So glad I did.
