Loss of a sale
Called in yesterday with my Wife & Daughter to purchase a 21st Birthday ring for my daughter, the Lady assistant was informative & knowledgeable, when we asked if she would be able to do anything about the price, her response was 'I am not a second hand car dealer' , we left feeling embarrassed in front of our daughter, Im surprised to see such a bad attitude in these testing times for retail, we duly purchases at a nearby competitor.

Had a great experience here and…
Had a great experience here and couldn’t be happier with how well the engagement ring turned out. I got some great help from Tom and Caroline, didn’t really know what I was looking for when I first went in and left with the perfect ring and a lot of well needed knowledge. Was a great all round experience and would recommend Durrants to anyone.

Durrants of London always provide a friendly, personal and first class service. Whether it has been a diamond ring, diamond jewellery or watches Durrants have always exceeded my expectations for exceptional quality at an honest and extremely competitive price. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Amazing
Amazing service, very clear and friendly Caroline and Tom are. I am a novice at jewellery and working with Durrants of London made that irrelevant. They gave me all the information required to make a decision.
Highly recommended and will be a repeat customer for sure.
