Place is a mess. Got told by an agency to turn up at 4am. Was there at 3:50 waiting in the reception area to which noone came. Had to make my own way around to the forecourt area and into the warehouse unsafely to which got told to just sit in the canteen.
Walking through, cans everywhere. Rubbish area. Not a tidy workplace and no acknowledgement of someone's name. Its like they wasn't expecting me which could be there fault or agency's fault but still wasted my time being there so early.
They finally got me at 4:16. Explained what to do, didn't even ask my name, didn't tell me anything. Just told me to get on with it.
No safety gloves. Nothing. Walked away

I was home all day and saw the courier is next to me and it decided to fail my delivery and asked me to reschedule...not very professional.. I personally won't use it.

If I could give a -1 rating, I would. Dreadful experience! I ordered some live plants for delivery, had an email last Thursday to say that they are out for delivery, they never arrived. Friday, another email to say that they were out for delivery, and despite tracking showing the driver just ten minutes away from location, they never arrived. I contacted their online customer service team who after getting past the bot could only say wait till 6pm as they are on their way, but like I said, they lied and they never arrived. Step forward to today, Monday, and another email saying they were out for delivery, again, a no show! This company should not be allowed to run a business. Their customer service is useless and you get the pre scripted responses even when text chatting to a real person. They are unwilling to go that extra distance to get things rectified.
Supposed delivery attempts all failed…
Several supposed delivery attempts failed though I was at home and waiting. They didn't come to my house and probably not to the village. An utter shambles. I'm still waiting although the shrub I had ordered has probably died by now.
Lies about attempting delivery
I have tried three times to have an item delivered. Each time, I get a notice that they have tried to deliver but I was not in, and a card was left.
Someone was in the house each time. No card was left, and no attempt was made to deliver. The last time, the van literally parked outside the house and then drove off a few seconds later.
Utterly unacceptable.

Shame I can't give zero stars
I ordered a car battery for next day delivery.
The delivery was scheduled for 21st January and on the 20th I duly received an email and text from DX Express that it was scheduled for delivery on the 21st.
It is now the 28th and today I received a text message saying once again, it won't be delivered. This is the first message I have had from them since the original we have your item one. I have had to give up and cancel the order as I can't keep waiting.

Can’t quite believe how bad this delivery company is..we know the delivery driver made no attempt to deliver our parcel twice even though he was scheduled to. We knew exactly where the driver was and he was nowhere near us at all, lying that they attempt to deliver. You can not contact them by phone only live chat and they really don’t care whether you get your parcel or not…my advice do not use them and like us if you use a company (ironmongery direct) that use them, try to get them to send it with another courier. We ended up cancelling and getting the item sent via another courier.
DX EXPRESS AVOID 100%
A bunch of bandits! DX EXPRESS send multiple texts including delivery slots each day but NEVER deliver. I waited 5 days, each day they claimed a delivery attempt - untrue & goods never received! Next - the texts start rolling in saying signed for by, Charles, Bob, Danny, whoever! No men at this address Dear! They also alert the seller that the item was delivered & received. If a seller uses this company - break out in a sweat, you are in for a ride!

Seriously beyond a joke this company .... waiting for my passport should be delivered since 09th January 2026 but until now still not arrive yet. Everyday contacted customer service and still can't solve the problem.
Now they are saying I have to contact the sender ... bloody joke
driver said no one home - absolute lies
Delivery was suppose to be between Jan 19th between 18:58 - 20:58pm, which would have been perfect. 22:00 checked my e-mail and they said "attempted delivery, but no one home". I urgently need this car battery so was home, sitting by the window by the door. They never buzzed. Driver basically lied (no card either). Would like to see the truck data showing him at our house ! Automated systems are infuriating, cant organise redelivery in the evening or weekends. Customer services take 30 mins to answer then direct you to phones that never get answered. The company supplying the battery are great (ie BatteryGroup) , their preferred delivery company, DX Express are useless. Date of experience 19th Jan and ongoing with no solution in sight as we speak. Having to use my car as no choice, but likelyhood of getting stranded due to a failing battery, very likely.

Awful service so far. Sent me plenty of comms saying they would deliver on 20th January. Txt message saying delivery between 15:41 and 17:41 sat in and waited and waited absolutely no comms whatsoever. Assumed running late checked the link and its possibly the most unhelpful app I’ve ever seen. Track your parcel and all it says it’s out for delivery which is as helpful as a chocolate teapot. 8pm no comms no delivery no hope
How do these companies even survive with a social media and customer service of a 3 year old? Beats me

As others have stated, I’d give no stars if I could. Said the driver couldn’t find my address, & couldn’t re attempt delivery today…. What utter rubbish, every other delivery company has been able to find us. I don’t like liars & as my other half is a delivery driver I know full well that our postcode brings you straight to our place. They even went through the charade of asking for what3words to help the driver find us 😏 So I provided that now let’s hope they deliver tomorrow as they ABSOLUTELY can’t try claiming not to be able to find the address again! But I won’t hold my breath judging on the other comments on here.
Worst service ever!
WOW, I don't know where to start. This company has earned it's title as the WORST delivery service in the world!
They recieved two parcels from a seller on the 6th January, which was for an item of furniture. On the 12th January they finally got around to delivering parcel one of two. They somehow managed to lose parcel two of two, despite it being of significant size!
The seller then used a more competent company to successfully deliver parcel two of two.
On the 17th January, almost two weeks later they managed to find the second parcel. When they woke us up at 8am on Saturday morning I patiently explained that we had been asked to refuse delivery by the sender and asked that it be returned.
This did not deter DX. Today, while we were out, they again attempted delivery, despite being clearly told we were refusing delivery! They then trespassed through my gate and dumped the parcel in my back garden.
They are now refusing to return and collect the parcel and are telling me that it's my responsibility to contact the sender and get them to arrange collection.
Do yourself a favour and never give this awful company a penny of your hard-earned cash!

Their driver lied and said that he attempted a delivery. The premises is surrounded by CCTV and all doorbell interactions are logged. No attempt was made. It's impossible to speak to anyone in customer service. Do not not do business with these people
Absolutely useless and incompetent
Absolutely useless and incompetent. Arranged a date for delivery and waited in all day.The item was taken off the van as they were carrying too much stock! Arranged a second delivery day and waited all day again. At 4.30pm, I contacted DX and asked if the could track my package. No, they couldn't do that and couldn't guarantee that it would arrive. This was despite a text telling me it was with the courier and would be delivered on my chosen day.
Yhey asked me if I wanted to choose a third day to sit and wait for them to fail to deliver !!
I phoned Pebble Grey, the company I bought the item from and they weren't much better. I ended up cancelling the item and requesting a full refund. I bet it gets back to them without any problems.
Ten days overall from ordering something that would never arrive.
Do not use this company.
Bad, avoid
Like others if I could mark zero stars l would as arrived four days late. Full of excuses why your item does not arrive each day from not even trying to deliver to road closures. Only resolved by contacting the merchant to get them to sort out.
Cowboy Couriers
If I could give this company negative stars I would. For the second time in a few weeks I have had to complain to both the online shop I ordered goods from and DX themselves about the lack of service from this cowboy courier service. Got an email from the online shop to say my parcels had been dispatched and are with the courier. Got an email and text from Dx to say 1 of my parcels would be delivered between 13.19- 15.19 on Thursday 16th. I never left my house all day. I went on to the tracking and seen where the driver was. He went to loads of areas but not mine. At 1600 I received a text to say they attempted delivery at 15.54. Hmm no you didn’t as you never even came to my village let alone my house.
Why if both my parcels were dispatched at the same time that only one was out for delivery. Where is the 2nd one and when is it to be delivered? This is the 2nd time in a few weeks the exact same has happened 2 parcels ordered and dispatched at the same time. Only 1 out for delivery. The other arrived 7 days later. First attempted without even coming to my house. When they did eventually arrive. The courier parked in front of my house opened the side door of his van and started throwing and kicking parcels around his van. A truly shocking act with peoples packages. A truly awful courier company. I have told my online shop to change their courier or they will not only lose my custom but others who have had the same shocking experience with these cowboys. These guys make Evri look good and everyone knows how bad they are.
