The staff were great at keeping me informed and went out their way to help.

I ordered a protein supplement, but the package never arrived. The seller provided a tracking number, but it turned out to be invalid. I tried reaching out via email, but I haven't received any response. Very disappointed with the service — I do not recommend buying from this seller.
P.S. I received the parcel after 12 days, plus the Osavi biotin was five months past its best before end date! and the bottle.

Hi I ordered protein powder after 5 days I haven’t received any update email or my protein I send it email to them what’s wrong with my order if something wrong refund my money please and they just refund my money back after couple of days I just waited 10 days for nothing and get my money back never order from this company again

Although the order was delayed with the storms.. it was a nice surprise to receive my order with a few extras. Thank you!

Good service, little slow on the shipping, but that is expected coming from overseas to the U.S. Good product and that is why I ordered from you guys again.

Best protein shakes i have ever had... Was always switching between products until I found the dynamic protein powder....Strawberry is most definitely my fav..really cnt go wrong with taste and price..
