They deducted my credits even though I didn’t cancel the video. I was testing a lip-sync video and checking the estimated generation time - it showed about 2 hours for a 20-second clip. I considered canceling but saw that credits would still be deducted, so I left it generating. After a moment, the generation suddenly stopped, the render disappeared, and my credits were still deducted. It looks like the webpage may be bugged, and I lost credits without receiving the video. AVOID

The information on how to complete a task was incorrect. As no customer service or help is availeble you need to book aa appointment for several days ahead meaning deadlines can not be met and time is wasted. having booked an apointment no one turned up for it, after leaving messages no responses were recieved. In short an average software package staffed by ineffective, inefficient people who do not care

I was subscribed to the Creator Plan until last month, but I had to unsubscribe due to family health problems. During that time, I wasn’t able to use the tools, so credits accumulated for at least three months.

After unsubscribing, I tried to use the credits I had already paid for, but the system requires me to subscribe again and pay again. Could you please clarify why I cannot access my unused credits from the Creator Plan, since they were paid as part of the subscription and not obtained through free credit offers?

I was considering subscribing again, but this situation makes me question whether it is a smart decision, as it seems I would lose everything once I unsubscribe. The fair solution would be to allow me to use the existing credits I already paid for.

Additionally, I noticed that there is no clear customer support channel available, only sales. If your focus is only on sales without proper customer support, that is a serious weakness. I wish you all the best in the future, because you will need it. From this experience, it seems that sales and profit are your priority, but not customer support.

On top of that, some tools such as Expansion, Consistent Character, and Enhance Photo are consuming credits but not delivering the expected results for subscribers. Even more concerning, if you upload a 4x upscaled photo downloaded from Dzine and then re-upload it to make corrections, the system forces you to upscale it again, effectively downgrading the photo without any valid reason. This creates unnecessary credit usage and undermines trust in the platform’s functionality.

I don't trust Dzine. I wasn't notified when my trail period ended. There was no email to inform me that my subscription started - Just a quiet transaction in my credit card statement. I realized it only after I checked my credit card statement. Any trustworthy brands send an email confirming the end of trail period and commencement of subscription. I don't see a single email from Dzine in my inbox even after a month of paid subscription and yes, I checked the Spam/Junk folders and all other folders in my inbox.
Also, there is no way to delete my credit card information on the website even after I cancelled the subscription (big red flag!)

So far I am enjoying using Dzine . Generation are fast and there are various tools to use.

Dzine is excellent. Great all-in-one tool for all of my designing needs. It's easy to use and intuitive

Spending a lot of time trying to make consistent charaters consistent, and trying to do something with the character. Absolutely waste of time and money. Cannot get things to work. Tutorials are outdated.

I signed up for a 7-day trial and set a reminder to ensure I cancelled before the trial ended. I didnt even use after the first hour, realizing its price is really high. When the reminder appeared, I attempted to unsubscribe using my mobile phone, but there was no option available on the mobile interface. The system instructed me to log in via a PC; however, I was away from my computer at the time. As a result, I was charged.

Even after logging in on a PC, I could not find any way to contact customer support. This experience gives the impression that the process is deliberately designed to make cancellation difficult and to charge users unintentionally. I have all screenschots, prove me worng.

If there´s a zero star here, I will gladly give them zero!...I was 2 months registered in this dzine shit and I wasn´t impress at all...So in my third month, I still paid for my third month and few days after paying, I decided to stop the subscribing shit...An d after subscribing, they all took away my credits which I already paid for the whole month...If your reading this, this is not worthy to buy or subscribe guys..there are more better and more legit ai software which can help you build up your imagination...But not this shit dzine

The first few lip sync videos between 10-20 seconds each went fine and loved the finished product. but then things quickly went down hill. The video had only two characters and only one of them was supposed to speak. But two times in a row the finished product had both of their mouths moving. So I was charged credits for unusable footage. Then the next time a 20 second video that was only supposed to take between 20-30 minutes to produce had not finished at the 3 hour mark. So I cancelled the job. But they do not refund credits for a cancelled job even if the problem is on their end. When it works, it's the best, bar none. But too often it doesn't work, but still costs credits.

I am writing a formal complaint because my experience with your service has been absolutely unacceptable. I subscribed yesterday specifically to use the video generation feature, and from the moment I attempted to generate my first video, the system has been completely non-functional. The project has been stuck on “Generating…” since yesterday afternoon — more than 24 hours — with no video, no progress, and no communication.

Meanwhile, I was charged immediately for both the subscription and the tokens, yet I have received nothing in return. At this point, it feels as though I’ve paid money for a service that simply does not work. This raises serious concerns about the reliability of your platform.

To be completely honest, after this experience, I would not recommend this app to anyone. I’ve already told people to stay away from it because, right now, it comes across as misleading at best and scam-like at worst. I will be switching to other providers that actually work and that I have successfully used before.

I expect this issue to be resolved immediately, including:

A full investigation into why the video failed to generate,

Restoration of any tokens that were consumed,

And a clear, direct resolution that ensures I am able to use the service I paid for.

This has been extremely disappointing, and I expect a prompt response.

This app is a waste of money. If you tell it to match a photo it will get you in the ballpark, then you have to play with it to get close to what you want. Then you have to upscale and it changes everything you have already worked on, and you have something completely different to mess around with. 10,000 credits later maybe you will have something you asked the stupid A.I. for to begin with. Never been so frustrated.

This service is more of an imitation of image processing.
The level of image style transformation does not exceed 10%.
Adding facial emotions hardly occurs.
Money wasted on the subscription.
I do not recommend this service.

Love, love, love it! I’m on a yearly paid subscription and absolutely enjoy this platform, especially the image-to-image feature. It produces high-quality, impressive results, and now they’re even expanding into video!

That said, there is definitely a learning curve — it takes time to master the tools and settings to get exactly what you want. It can take up to months to learn. Often, a single prompt (costs 8 credits) isn’t enough; you may need to run several adjustments, which can quickly use many credits.

But once you get the hang of it, the results are fantastic and well worth the time and investment!
